I was in a hurry to get this completed and was able to schedule for the day after purchase! Very happy (returning) customer.

Workers were late so that didn't sit well with me (~20 mins), but 1 of the 2 guys was very courteous and professional. I don't have much to say about the other guy because when he was standing in front of me before and after the service he was just texting on his phone (maybe talking with customers??). The siding looks great. I was going to give a 'C' rating for the bonus service items but after speaking with the owner, I realized I had misinterpreted the extent of the offer (the definition of thorough and washed weren't what I imagined). So I won't lower my rating for my own mistake.

Great! This was the second time I had Window Genie provide this service. In fact, I was able to have the same two person team come and perform the service. Chris and his brother are not only professional and thorough, but they are very polite as well. They both do a great job and leave our windows beautiful.

While completing the washing they had dripped a stain on my couch. The manager came out and worked very diligently to clean and get rid of the stain.

I had no idea what a difference this makes! Even after rain or fog, my windows are crystal clear when they dry.

It went great! Joe called before he arrived and he arrived right on time at 9am and got to work. Mike arrived at 10am. They removed and hand washed all screens, washed the interior and exterior of all windows, and put everything back together. I had a lot of cottonwood on my porch screens that had to be removed, Mike did a great job getting it out of the screen mesh. My final cost was $254: $179 for the Angies Deal + $75 for the screens. I am very pleased and will call Window Genie next year. Great job!

It is definitely worth having windows and screens professionally cleaned. I was surprised by how much more light is in the house after cleaning. One lesson learned is to figure out how they count windows, so just make certain you check those details.

I don't think the screens were washed. Also did not wipe down the windowsills. They were very nice and the windows were clean. I think I had a Groupon but it did not begin to cover the cost.

Very pleased with the service provided by Window Genie. Excellent communication with scheduling and confirming appointment. The gentlemen showed up on time, were courteous, and did a quick but thorough job. The price was discounted b/c of the Angie's List Deal we purchased. It was a good value.

Did a great job for a great price.

I contacted the company after reading Angie's List reviews. The estimate was prompt and the company scheduled the work around my calendar. I received an email reminder of the date. On the service day, the two young men arrived promptly and worked quietly and efficiently for two hours. I have an older home and the windows- which hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 20 years- have many small panes. The work was excellent! Clean, clear windows- I hated putting the curtains back up because the light was so beautiful coming in the sparkling glass! I highly recommend this company!

The guys who were here were terrific, but they clearly had no idea how to put the screens back on the windows. These screens were less than two years old, perfect condition, and MANY were not properly re-seated, and at least one piece was broken off. The owner or the manager - not sure which - ignored my complaints until I mentioned that I am an attorney. Then he ordered the broken replacement piece. On the day they returned to replace it, the young man who was part of the window-washing crew came in and fixed the screen and shared that the owner/manager was "afraid" of me, was out in the truck, but wouldn't come in. I am a middle-aged woman - not too scary. Because re-seating the screens goes better with two people, this did not happen. In fact, I'm writing this review almost nine months later because I just hired a handyman to come fix all the un-seated screens. Disastrous experience. But I really do not blame the two young men who were here. I do not think they knew how bad it was or what they were doing. But the owner/manager's anger and cowardice when notified of a problem was bizarre.

The young men who did the work arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and I returned home from work to find them already working on cleaning the windows. A phone call or text would have been appreciated as I had some special instructions for them. However, they did a good job and even cleaned the back door glass as well as all the exterior windows.
