They arrived on time and cleaned all of my windows. My lower level windows have storm windows and many were painted shut. It was a lot of work to get these cleaned and he did a great job.

When I initially called Window Genie they said they were sympathetic but could not get to me until after Thanksgiving and while I understood, I was disappointed because I was getting ready to list the house for sale and the windows were a mess. However, they called me back the very next day and said they would work me in. They showed up the next day first thing in the morning and got right to work. The window washer did a great job and I know it wasn't easy because there was a lot of paint overspray on the windows. When I received my invoice I noticed they did not give me the Angies List discount. When I brought that to their attention they immediately sent me a corrected invoice. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely use them again.

they did a great job on our older windows. We have storms and one broke during the cleaning and the replaced it free of charge within a couple of days of the service.

Scheduling a time for the work to be done was easy and they arrived right on schedule. Brian was very professional and did a fantastic job. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work done and will use Window Genie in the future. These are both things we had never paid to have done but will from now on!

I have used Window Genie in the past and the work performed was excellent. I even referred a few of my neighbors who ended up using them as well. Unfortunately, this time, the job did not seem to be performed as well as in the past.

Just super - these folks know how to do their work. They've got very knowledgeable cleaners, who do their work efficiently, quietly and with excellent results. My recollection of the Big Deal was that so many responded that it took the Service Provider a while to get to me, working through the whole list and their normal customers. Definitely use 'em again!

The cleaning technician was prompt, very polite, did a thorough job, and re-cleaned 3 windows by request. One skylight, which appeared not to have been cleaned well was actually smudged on the interior and cleaned up perfectly. One of the other windows is hazed between the panes, so neither interior nor exterior cleaning resolved that issue. This is the first time we paid an outside source to clean windows--always having done it ourselves over many years. Moving a ladder and climbing up and down to access the second story windows had become more and more of a concern. I was relieved and happy to pass on this responsibility to a professional who did a great job and got the work done is a surprisingly short time frame. I used an Angie's List deal for a window cleaning package, but decided to add many of the 1st story windows on after the technician arrived. I will definitely consider using Window Genie again.

d we hardly knew they were here.this should be donald trump's window-cleaning service. the best. the top. everybody loves them. terrific. none better. they were inside and outside of our home, up and down ladders, and we hardly knew they were here. expensive, yes, but well worth it.
