Description of Work: The SP quoted a higher amount than what he expected. He did not want to pay the amount. What he looks at as a window and what I look at as a window he is counting them differently. He was very polite and quick about getting out here. The expectation was just different. They should have explained the deal in better detail. He just wants the refund.

Description of Work: Great service. Very professional and prompt. They guys who came to my house explained everything they where doing. My windows look amazing. I have wood windows from the 30's - 6 over 6 panel with storms and screens. They did such a great job. I am still grinning. Get you windows cleaned by these folks! Stop putting it off.

Description of Work: The young man called and told us when he would be here. He showed up, washed the windows, and was done in about 45 min. He was polite, clean, and gentlemanly. We told him to let Window Genie know we were happy with the work he did and if they would, contact us next year about this time.

Description of Work: He came on time and said all my windows would be included in my deal, did put booties on his feet, and did a good job overall. He did not put all the furniture back that he had moved and dripped some dark spots on the floors and counters that he must not have noticed. He was pretty fast!

Description of Work: The owner of the company came to my house today and cleaned all of my windows inside and out including a sunroom that is all windows. He got here around 9:00 am and left by 12:30. The windows look WONDERFUL. He was very courteous, worked very hard and his time management was excellent. I would recommend this company to everyone.
