Description of Work: Freon pump leaked and "snowed" over. Whole pump had to be replaced, and some re-piping needed. This was an emergency situation and Gayle, the service tech., did a great job.

I WAS CHARGED FOR 1.5 HOURS OF LABOR AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS BECAUSE I ALSO PAY FOR THEIR DRIVE TIME FROM ONE LOCATION TO THE NEXT, REGARDLESS OF THERE PRIOR LOCATION. TO TOP THAT OFF THEY CHARGED ME A $35 ''TRUCK CHARGE'' WHICH GOES TOWARDS MAINTAINING THEIR VEHICLES. A TOTAL RIP OFF.
