HAVE BEEN BATTLING A LEAK IN MY CLOSET - MOSTLY WIND DRIVEN RAIN - THOUGHT IT WAS FIXED ONCE, BUT IT WASN'T - TRUST FOUND THE MOST LIKELY PROBLEM WHICH INVOLVED AN UPSTAIRS ADDITION BEING TIED INTO THE ROOF IMPROPERLY. BEST $100 I'VE EVER SPENT! YOU REALLY DON'T WANT WATER LEAKING INTO A CLOTHES CLOSET!!

They identified areas where shingles were blown away or wore out, and made recommendations (replace one side and repair other side). They provided photos of their findings. No repair was done.

Trust Restoration, a company that is 100% trustworthy! In November 2015 we were at the last steps of selling our home when we learned our roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage. Being this move was job related, we were under pressure to sell. We had five roofers come to determine the extent of the damage. Tony Moore was the only person to write up a report and then send it to us the very next day. Because the damage was due to hail we were able to submit a claim to our insurance, however, this is not an easy process. Tony explained the whole process to me not once but maybe three times until I completely understood. Once the insurance side was taken care of, Tony came in with a crew and finished the job in a day. Our neighbor commented how efficient Tony's crew was and asked for his contact information. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only did the new home owners get a great new roof, but we got to work with someone who is truly trustworthy. Thanks for making a very stressful time just a little easier!

Tony arrived on time, inspected the roof and took pictures of a minor problem of missing caulk around the flue pipe. He reviewed the pictures with me and then caulked the flue and a few nail heads associated with the lightning rod cable. Very professional and knowledgeable about roofing issues. Will call him again if and when a problem arises.

Tony and his team were absolutely amazing. Pretty much every contractor out there gave us the same price, but we wanted a company that could do about anything for us in the future. We had some storm damage to our roof and we needed to get a new roof put on- fast. These guys literally came out within a few days from the day we told them we were ready to schedule. Most of the other contractors told us it could take a few weeks! Ugh! We are looking to build a good working relationship with a great company. Trust Restoration really went above and beyond what we could have expected. We had some wood damage on our chimney and our chase lid (chimney cap) was getting badly worn. They were able to take care of both of these issues for us- WITHOUT an added cost! Yep, that's right! They just did the extra work for the same price- who does that? Trust Restoration did that for us. They arrived on time and completed the project well under a day. They had great care in protecting our nice (and expensive) landscaping and they made sure everything they had to move out of their way was put back in its place. I mean these guys are the real deal. When a great deal of my neighbors were getting their roof's put on- Trust Restoration was a company I was proud of to have working on my home. Other companies took almost two days for the exact same size roof. You can REALLY trust Tony and his team at TRUST RESTORATION.

Hands down, Anthony at Trust Restoration was one of the easiest and most respectful contractors we have met. From the beginning, Anthony was punctual, thorough, and very accommodating of what needed to be done and how to best fit everything in our schedule. We replaced our roof as part of an insurance claim. He worked directly with our insurance company to ensure the damage was identified, the claim was written up appropriately, and even worked with us on timing the payment with when the insurance checks were replaced. If you ever need a roof inspected or replaced, want extremely high quality, and a competitive price, stop searching and go with Anthony at Trust Restoration. You won't be disappointed. I will be sending his information to all of my neighbors. If roofs were a regular thing to buy, I would go back to Trust Restoration in a heartbeat.

House looks fantastic! We would recommend Tony and his company for any job. Tony did everything to please us, including making numerous visits to the house to meet with the insurance adjustor, took pictures and forwarded to the insurance company, provided samples of possible products for us to consider, and worked with our contractor to get things done right and in a timely fashion. His crew showed up early and worked long hours to complete the job and cleaned up afterwards.

Tony and his crew were amazing. The material needed for the job arrived the morning the crew started. He tries to minimize any inconvenience to his customer. The crew cleared the old shingles and picked up all debris as they did the job. They started on time, worked late on the first day in an effort to complete the job in one day. They returned early the next day until it was done. When they left, our roof was beautiful, all debris was gone and we were completely satisfied.

We have a large ranch house and garage with a very steep roof, and yet Tony and his crew tore off the old roof and installed the new one in a single day. Gutters and downspouts were done the following week. All work was done to the highest level of quality and workmanship. The work was not started until all details were worked out with the insurance company,Tony very patiently worked out all details, his thoroughness in providing a detailed estmate payed off in getting all damage approved by my insurance company, despite some initial reluctance. Tony's insistence on doing the job right resulted in a better roof than was originally installed on the house, and I know because we built the house. Aside from a small down payment, no money was paid out until the job was completed. For an extremely professional, honest, conscientious roofing contractor you cannot do better than Tony Moore and Trust Restoration.

Everything went absolutely, fantastically wonderful. I have never have worked with a contractor as professional and efficient as Toney Moore is. He worked so well with our insurance company and we are so pleased to have worked with Toney and his talented work man.

We had severe storm damage at our house and we received Tony's info from a neighbor and passed the info to our landlord. From beginning to end Tony was excellent. He always answered his phone and communicated with us every step of the way. Tony met with their adjuster, supervised the multiple installs and was able to work out everything with the insurance company. We have a beautiful house now and my landlord said the only cost was his deductible. The best part was having confidence in Trust Restoration to take care of everything professionally.

I have had two new roof on my home in the last 5 years due to hail damage. Tony has done both of those jobs. He worked well with my Insurance carrier to ensure all of the damage was included in their estimates. Tony made suggestion during my fist roof project so the job was so much better than the original roof and thus the roof job looked much better and was a much better roof and if it had not been for the next hail storm I am sure would have lasted many years. His crews were fast, easy to work with, protected my home and shrubs and cleaned up every day. As well his gutter crews did a great installation both times. During the process Tony meet with the insurance adjuster to make sure that process went smooth. I have worked with Tony Moore of Trust Restorations & Contracting LLC for about five years. His company has put two roofs (55 squares) on my house in that time period and has done an excellent job. His crews were fast, did a quality job, and clean up was top notch. In my neighborhood I know of at least 10 roofs he has done, and I have recommended Tony to over a dozen friends. None have had any complaints. Recently he put a large roof on my church sanctuary. It was over $60,000 and the work was excellent. During that time, we had to stop work due to a funeral, and Tony was very cooperative in working around the service. We thought it went great. Until they tore off the bad, they couldn't be positive what all needed to be replaced. They were very patient and knowledgeable explaining the whole thing and the raise in the estimate was very reasonable. On time, great in communicating with us, clean up was also great
