The technician’s skills were top notch and the value was very good. His only need for improvement is his organization and time management skills. He was a bit late on his scheduled arrival, both visits, and, because of his inefficiency, he wasn’t able to complete the project in his projected two visits.

Jason was very quick to respond to my request and he was very courteous the entire time. From text messages updating me on the ETA to putting on shoe covers upon entering the house, he goes beyond expectations to show you that he respects your time and your home. He was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as needed showing us everything he worked on and explained why certain things were wrong and needed to be corrected. He doesn't just give you one solution to a problem or request - he's great about giving you different options based on how much work you're wanting done in the home and how much you're able to spend. Safety is the number one priority for Jason and his attention to detail is unmatched! It is never easy finding someone you trust to have in your home but this was as good as it gets.

I requested an estimate and Jason sent a very knowledgeable and sweet young man named Melvin Godsey, he investigated and with my authorization repaired the problem. What I thought would cost a thousand costed less than a hundred dollars. Thank you for your prompt and Honest service, you have a customer for Life!

My kitchen light was out for about 3 months after my fiance did everything he could to fix it. It now has LED lights and works flawlessly---I also have new light bulbs in my master bath that really brighten up the space, all for a little over $200. I would definitely recommend The Electric Express for their speed and prices. Jason was able to come out same day and fixed my issue within 3 hours; gave great recommendations for improvement. I have already referred him to my mother who is having a problem with her ceiling fan :)

Jason is a fantastic professional. He went above and beyond with the work that he did for us. What seemed to be a simple job turned a little difficult due to work done by previous contractors but Jason stuck with the project and seemed to enjoy the challenge that was in front of him.
