The Electric Express

The LED light unit on my custom fan does not work. Removing it means the fan does not work either. Working with Melvin for a follow up to reinstall the unit and check the outlet that used to work but doesn't work now.

Jason is a good man and technician. We had a good conversation outside of the work/problem.

Not only was he very professional, but extremely efficient and VERY nice! Jason replaced my ceiling fan light fixture. The fixture that I purchased wasn't exactly the right size for my fan, but Jason was able to make it work, due to his expertise. Jason also suggested some other electrical work the company offers, should we need it in the future. Now here's a surprise. In a world where contractors put you on a list for an estimate - or even a callback- at some indefinite future time, Jason from The Electric Express showed up the day I called. He was ready not only to give me an on-the-spot price, he was ready to do the work immediately. Note to contractors: when you tell a potential customer, "I can do it now," price resistance fades. Jason displayed qualifying knowledge about what the work (installing a ceiling fan) entailed and told me what might increase the price once he examined my Prohibition-era wiring. He did a quick, clean, trouble-free install, pitched a couple other services he offers and was out the door in about an hour and a half. For him, a new customer. For me, two words: problem solved.
