 + -1 moreThe two installers were punctual, professional, courteous and neat. They did not damage anything in the process of removing old carpeting or installing new carpentry. They brought a vacuum and cleaned all stray threads and fibers. I would definitely hire Rug Gallery again.
Description of Work: The company removed old carpeting, pad, cleaned floor, installed new pad and new custom dyed carpeting.

 + -1 moreMark Hilton and his team did an excellent job for our family. We are very satisfied with the product, installation, etc. Very swift and thorough in their work doing the installation. Very happy with this job. Mark and his team demonstrated tremendous customer service, are extremely knowledgeable of their product, explained very clearly how things would proceed, and everyone executed the work plan very well. We give a very high recommendation for their services..
Description of Work: The Rug Gallery provided us an estimate, and subsequently installed, new carpet to go in our house: 4 bedrooms, office/den, 6 closets, hall and stairs, and living room. Three different types of carpet. We received three estimates, and RG was most competitive (and easist to work with!)

 + 0 moreThey got my rug in promptly and finished within the time frame promised - about a week. The new binding looks great. It matches the rest of the rug perfectly. It looks like it was originally made that way. No more trying to avoid the fringe when vacuuming. I love my "new" old rug!
Description of Work: They removed the frayed fringe on an area rug and replaced it with a bound edge to match. They also cleaned the rug.

They are very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive etc. Helped with color choices and made recommendations. Easy to deal with on measurements and making arrangements for installation. Despite the slightly higher price, but it was all worth it.

 + -1 moreMark and his two men were excellent to work with; they are professional, courteous and caring. Mark was not satisfied until we were fully satisfied.
Description of Work: Mark Hilton was tremendously helpful when we went to the store to pick out carpeting for the front half of our home (living room, guest bedroom, bathroom and hallway). It arrived in a timely fashion but after installation and under bright lighting some flaws could be clearly seen in the living room carpeting. Mark agreed to have the factory make a new run as the first installation was an end piece. His men did an excellent job with installation and clean-up. We are highly pleased with the whole project, though it took a little longer than we had anticipated.
