Since 1981 we have been offering Carpet, Hardwood, Tile, Custom Rug design and Hand knotted rugs. Quality subcontractors handle all of our flooring installations. We have been cleaning rugs since 1981 and have Indiana's only Certified Master Rug Cleaners on Staff. We own our rug cleaning facility so your rugs never leave our care. We offer in home viewing of hand knotted rugs at no charge.

It went great!
Description of Work: The Rug Gallery had the type and size of rug we needed after a fire destroyed the old rug. They cut a perfectly sized pad and treated the rug for stains. They also delivered and unrolled the large carpet.

Description of Work: We bought a rug at an auction and only paid $25 for it. It needed cleaning, was water-stained, and the backing was torn and stained. I wanted to know if cleaning would cost more than it's value. Turns out my rug is needlepoint and definitely worthwhile to have cleaned. They also suggested that the backing be removed and the edges bound and sewn to help it lie better. They estimated about 2-3 wks time total....it was done in little less than that time. It came out beautifully and we are very pleased.

Description of Work: I was looking for a runner for my hall. The owner was very helpful in trying to find what I wanted and let me take home samples from the store two different times but they didn't work out. I would definitely go back when I need another floor covering.

Description of Work: I called Rug Gallery of Zionsville to see if they could re-stretch and re-tack existing carpet in a basement bedroom for us. This shop does not do this, but the owner was very professional over the phone and helped me by giving me a name and number of another gentleman that does this type of work. Thank you!

Mark, the owner, is extremely helpful and always willing to find answers to any questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and has always personally done the estimates for us as well as inspected the installed carpet. We've used him multiple times in the past and always been satisfied. Highly recommended to anyone in the Zionsville area.

I was there to meet the installers. The owner, Mark was there throughout the day to insure total professionalism and perfection. He met me there upon my return home, walked me thru the job and actually had the installers come back the next morning to do two very minor corrections.
Description of Work: measuring, complete installation of new padding and carpeting. This included a very difficult closet and master bath.

They came out measured, ordered the carpet and installed the carpet. It was positive experience. I was satisfied enough with the last job to get an estimate for the future job I have planned.

Mark Hilton and his employees were very courteous, honest and helpful. I took bids from other carpet companies within a 20 mile radius. But Mark worked with me on both quality and price of the carpeting. He really seems to care about his customers and getting it "just right." His installers arrived on time and completed the job in an efficient and careful manner. I have had other carpet layers in the past and these were the best. I am very satisfied.
