+ -1 moreI bought an over the counter water filter three years ago in June, 2010, from Amazon.com. I received both the housing and filters. When I reordered, I called the name on the invoice, Reverse Osmosis Superstore. They helped me to find the best and least expensive filters for my situation. A year ago, not realizing that they only sold filters, I called them to buy a small inexpensive part for the housing that connected the hose to the faucet. Greg (I believe he is the owner), called me back and gave me the name and number of a company which sold the part I needed. He explained that he only sold the filters. He has made me feel that I am an important customer, even though my purchases with him are small. It's hard to find that in a retailer today, so I'm listing him on Angie's List for you to consider.
