Peak Roofing-Restoration

The workmanship was bloody awful. During the the first heavy rain water was literally pouring in 2 places in then garage. That started a series of issues that dragged out through the entire 5 year warranty period. We had a continual string of roof leaks and gutter problems. When they decided to answer their phones or return calls, they sent different workers to attempt a repair every time and none were able to fix the problems. When we complained to an outside contractor they sent, he told us that Four Seasons (Peak) told them "don't go over a couple hundred bucks" to fix the problem. The point is they didn't care about getting it right (which they never did)...just doing it cheap. So, the warranty ran out and we hired a reputable contractor to do the necessary repair work to the tune of $2,000 plus. But, at least the work was finally done right. The bottom line is pretty simple: if you have roof problems I'd suggest you stay away from Peak Roofing-Restoration (previously Four Seasons Roofing)...or, whatever they're calling themselves these days.

Their 5-year warranty expired toward the end of July - we called twice to let them know the roof STILL leaked, but never received a return phone call. Four Seasons replaced our neighbors roof about the same time as ours - they have also had problems and never received a return call. At this point I don't even want them on my roof again...we'll end up paying someone else to get it right.
