From the beginning Maryellen was prompt on the estimate. Jerry was on time for the final measurements. Darl and Jesus were very clean and professional on the installation, the plumbers LEW on time and were clean and professional. Matt worked with me through email to see the layout of the granite and then came to the installation to assist. Excellent service.

I initially spoke with Mary Ellen and gave her my measurements. She promptly sent back a quote based on a level 1 granite. The next weekend my husband and I went to a couple of places to choose a slab of granite. After much searching, I found a couple that I liked. I called Olympia with my choices. They promptly emailed back the quotes based on my choices. I decided on a slab and they had it brought to their shop. I was going to have this installed while I was on vacation. Matt templated the stone and called me with some concerns about some cracks in the stone. He wanted me to come to his shop to discuss before he cut the stone. My husband and I went and choose another stone just in case we were not comfortable with the first choice. After speaking with Matt, I could not decide what to do. Matt was kind enough to bring my new choice over to his shop so I could see both stones side by side. This made my decision so much easier. I feel he went out of his way to make sure that I was happy. I was so much happier with my second choice. It is a beautiful stone. A few weeks after installation, my remodel contractor and I decided we needed one more piece for my shower and called Matt. He did not have any of my stone left but said he would try to locate one that was close. He found one and had the piece cut for me. Great Customer Service!

We were so pleased with the entire process. I called for an estimate and they came within 2 days to take measurements. We were emailed a detailed estimate the next day. They gave us plenty of time to decide with no pressure. We visited their storeroom which had large slabs of granite to view. They were very helpful in the final decision. We gave them our deposit on a Friday and we had our countertops fully installed in two weeks. The install took only an afternoon and it was very professional. We were very pleased.

We found them on the list. We spent $5000 on that service and it went great. I went to their office and they helped me get an idea of what the options were and I went back there later on in the day with my wife because I was very impressed. I had already read a lot of good reviews for them on the list, so I knew when I walked in there that they were a quality vendor and that was confirmed when I went to their office. I was very impressed by their process and their professionalism. They came out and installed the countertop about two weeks after we told them what we wanted and signed the contract. Their installers did a really great job and the granite is just beautiful.

After initial call, counters were promptly measured and samples brought to our home. Estimate was emailed promptly and installation was done within 2 weeks. I visited the showrooms to select granite and faucets, also I was given a tour of the work room and was shown through supply of granite. This is the second time I've worked with Olympia (they replaced our kitchen countertops three years ago). They are welcoming, accommodating, and bend over backwards to please their customers!

They were professional, polite, and pleasant people to work with from start to finish, and every stage of the project.

On out initial vist, Bill Schukman, our salesperson was very helpful. The rest of the process from selecting our slab to the finish installation could not have went much smoother. The end result was a beautiful countertop, fabricated and installed exceptionally well. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about installing granite countertops.

We interviewed 4 different granite companies. We decided to go with Olympia Stone and are so glad we did. We worked with both Matt and Mary Ellen. Both of them were wonderful. Mary Ellen followed up with us quickly after our first appointment and we felt comfortable with Olympia Stone. Matt's granite knowledge base is impressive. He is also friendly, outgoing, patient and accomodating. Matt wants you, the customer, to be happy. When it came time to pick out our actual slab he was so helpful in picking out the right one that coordinated just perfectly with our cabinets and floor. After they came to our house to make the template we went back to Olympia to lay the template on our slab. Again, Matt was helpful and patient with us. This was our first time working with granite and we had so many questions. We never felt uncomfortable asking any questions. There were a few issues during installation however Matt did make sure that each of them was resolved. Upon completion Matt and Olympia mailed us a gift basket to thank us for our business. This was a very nice touch. We are very picky consumers and our experience with Olympia Stone was nearly perfect!

They people were very helpful. they helped us select the right granite to coordinate with the kitchen cabinets. They were always on time and very professional with the installation. they worked hard and were not too chatty. My counter-tops look fabulous.

They were excellent from the beginning to the end as described above. They also followed up after the entire process to make sure that we were pleased. Their customer service was outstanding and installed the product at a fair price. All of the people that we dealt with were kind, capable, and professional.

I visited the company to look for remnants that would be suitable for the seated hearth and fireplace surround. Given that this was for a basement project, I was looking for something that was reasonable in price and also looked very good. I visited two other granite companies to look for remnants (offcuts of a full slab) and chose Olympia because they were able to provide the stone that I liked and that the price that was very competitive. What I did not expect was the quality of the workmanship and service that they provided. A fantastic result. I would suggest that for a smaller project that you explore the remnants that each company has available before choosing a custom option. I would highly recommend this company.

They cut the marble while I waited. They were very efficient.

My handyman recommended them. The installer did a terrible job and he was very embarrassed about it. He repaired it before I got back. Their price was great. I would hire them again but I would make sure we understood each other.

We found Olympia Stone from Angie's booklet we received in the mail comparing 3 Granite companies. Matt Schuckman came to our home with samples to start the process. He was very honest and helped with the selection of Granite and design. The next step was visiting the show room and he met us on a Saturday (appointment only). We noticed the sink & faucet they have in the showroom and ended up purchasing both. One impressive move on Matt's part was he quoted us and gave us the Angie's List discount up front and did not have to ask for it. Next they came out and measured and he was excellent! Really great job done! No problems putting the counter in and fit perfect. Looks beautiful! We received another very impressive move by Matt & the Olympia Stone Family yesterday. Matt Schuckman was very professional. I believe he was honest, personable, and sincere. He always returned my phone calls. He was genuinely concerned that I was very satisfied with what I chose, and offered suggestions. The only problem was a piece of granite was too long before they left the office. So, someone had to cut the granite shorter.

We just got the quote yesterday so we haven't used their services yet, but we plan to move forward with using them. They were competitive with pricing. They haven't come out to the house yet. They seemed professional and helpful. We have gotten three estimates and they were right in with the rest of them. The cabinet refacing company that we are using recommended them and they have worked well together.

I was very happy with the work they did. There were a couple of places that needed polishing and they were great about coming back and remedying that. I was extremely satisfied with their work.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The countertop is still doing wonderfully. All interactions were fine with the company. I do plan to use them again in the future.

Our experience was very good. We didn't have any complaints at all. We really liked them. They were personable, punctual, and professional.

Bill and Matt Schuckman did a great job of answering all of our questions from the countries of origin, different grades of granite, the colors, the finish, to making the selection of the two granite slabs we needed, to the final installation. We did a complete kitchen remodel, doing most of the work ourselves. Olympia Stone's staff were extremely helpful in finalizing the final countertop design ? where to use 1 and 3 inch overhangs, what size radius on the corners, finishing the undersides. We had a peninsula off one counter (over 95 x 70) and were hoping that it could be one piece ( a few fabricators would not consider it). We looked at a lot of granite, and made our color choice, but still weren?t thrilled with the actual slabs. Bill took the time to meet with us at the warehouse, check out additional slabs and compare other colors - all patiently. With the granite choice made, Olympia Stone went to the warehouse and chose the individual slabs ? their experience and relationship with the warehouse resulted in a great choice for us. We were able to look at the cutting template on the slabs ? make final adjustments and sign off before the counters were fabricated. And yes, the peninsula was one piece! Installation day arrived and all four pieces were installed beautifully. They arranged for extra manpower (a total of 5) to carry the huge slab into the house (it just fit through the door). They honored the original quote, despite the additional care and manpower required to grant our wish of a one piece counter/peninsula. All of Olympia Stone?s staff ? from sales, templating and fabrication, to final installation ? were customer focused, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and a grand result.

Very helpful, took us to look at slabs and advised on good/bad at 3 wholesalers for selection. Measuring and installation were fairly quick. A few problems arose from the importer and Matt was very helpful with getting the problems fixed.

Matt Schuckman was recommended to me by a neighbor who had used his services.
