Justin was awesome. He arrived ontime in a cheerful way. He wore booties to protect the floors, explained what was to be done, how long it would take and watched the garage door status to guard against kitty elopement. Very efficient and pleasant.

They were on time and did a thorough cleaning. I watched them every step of the way. The fellow was knowledgeable, delightful, and I actually loved his work. It was very refreshing. Their price was excellent because the heating/AC company that I usd wanted twice of what this company charged and I do not believe they would have done as good of a job. He explained everything he was doing.

The technician that came to our house was amazing. He went above and beyond to clean our dryer ven. Because of how our dryer was set up, we had a massive amount of dryer lint in our vent. He spent a hour cleaning it out and even moved our dryer and changed the dryer vent so it wouldn't happen again. We will use them again.

Mite-E-Ducts were great. They showed up on time. Explained all the work they would be doing and why they were doing it. The house was very dirty from construction project and they showed me all the dirt that they sucked out of our Air Ducts. It was a big project with three floors. Very polite and and professional.

Excellent.. we were able to see camera photos of our ducts and he did not charge us for the dryer vent because it did not need it.. Honesty goes a long way with me. Very polite and clean...

They were suppose to put the proper vent on our roof for the dryer. The team arrived on time, and was very professional and did the job. Our roofer later found that vent was not installed properly and left our roof vulnerable for water leaks. The pictures he showed us indicated a very sub-rate job. He was kind enough to repair the work and place shingles around the new vent. I suspect this company isn't use to installing roof vents, and instead should hire a roofer to do it instead. We have not had time to contact the company yet, but members need to know the truth even if they did attempt to correct the issue. As our roofer put it, the installation was done completely wrong leaving a part of our roof underlayment completely exposed. I'm sure they do a very good job on regular dryer vent systems that vent out to the side of a house.

Chad was very professional, prompt and clean. He worked for several hours to alleviate the blockage we were experiencing in our dryer vent. He found the problem, worked hard at completely cleaning the line and found that the line had broken down about half way out. He fixed the break and then replaced the outside vent cover so that nothing could enter the house through that vent. We were very impressed with his work ethic. Before he left he explained how we could alleviate wetness in our dryer lines so that the dryer would work for a long time for us.

I hired Mite-E-Ducts on advice of a friend for a new home I bought. I had them come out and clean the ducts and dry vent the day before I moved into to our new home. Chad greeted me with a great attitude and hooped right into the house to start looking around. Though I had to run to work my wife then worked with Chad on finishing the job. Chad did a FANTASTIC job. The house smells so clean and so much stuff was removed from the ducts that you can tell the house really needed it. Also I am allergic to cats and the previous owner had a cat ... so getting the ducts cleaned was a priority. I have had NO problems what so ever with my cat allergies. Chad also removed screws from the dryer duct that could allow lent to catch on and build up. I am SO glad and SO thankful that I had this done. Mite-E-Ducts is a fantastic group and you should really consider having the ducts and dry vent in your house cleaned.

Our tech arrived on time. He put mats down to protect all of our hardwoods. He put corner protectors on all walls. He explained the process to me before he started. He showed me pictures he took of our vents while he cleaned. We just bought this house and it was 17 years old. The home was pet free and smoke free. The vents had not been cleaned so I wanted it done. He treated my home with respect and care. He never took a break. He cleaned up after himself and I couldn't even tell he had been there. Thank you!

Very well. When Justin arrived, we went through the house so he could see all areas that needed cleaning. He described the process then got right to work. He protected the floor, carpet and walls so no damage was done to the floors or walls. He left everything very clean! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We were actually notified by our plumber that a water leak was coming from the dryer vent that had become blocked and was holding in humidity. Mite-E-Ducts was able to get a technician out the next business day. He was running early that day and called ahead to get permission to arrive earlier than expected. He was very professional and considerate and did a very thorough job. He knew our situation with the humidity in the vent and wanted to insure that it was as clean as could be. He also gave us an estimate on cleaning all of our air vents which we asked for once he had arrived. We will have them out to perform that cleaning as well! Great company and great performance!

They did a great job. The first technician arrived and told me exactly what they were going to do, what they needed from me and how long it would take. Then the second technician arrived shortly after and went to work. They solved the problem and told me how to keep it from happening again. What's more, since it wasn't as complicated as they though it would be, they gave me a significantly lower price than what they'd quoted me.

They were timely and very professional. Cleaned out bathroom vent thoroughly of a birds next. One bird was still there so when it emerged they came back within a few hours of being called, removed it, and checked the cleaning again free of charge. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

Problem was in the pricing. When I called the company I was quoted the job would be $399 dollars. I explained to them that I had a coupon fron Angies list for $50 dollars off so the price would be $349.00. When the tech arrived suddenly its $450 dollars for the service and the $50 coupon would make it the price I was quoted on the phone. I feel like they raised the price $50 dollars to take care of the $50 dollars loss. That is the only problem had with the entire visit.

Thoroughly cleaned my ducts. Spent hours meticulously cleaning and making sure nothing was forgotten. Very professional. Great service.

Chad came and walked through the house to count the vents and returns, then looked at the furnace set-up. He explained exactly what they would do and made suggestions about our furnace and furnace filters. Justin came a week or so later to clean the ducts and dryer vent. Both were very cordial and information.

They did a very good job. I have allergies and my air/vent ducts definitely were due for a new cleaning.
