They were on time, spent an entire day cleaning the ducts. They took great care not to ruin anything in the house.

They looked very professional, they acted professionally, and their pricing was good. They did a good job. They were knowledgeable and explained the service.

The representative arrived on time and was friendly. He began working immediately and commented about observations as he went along. He was extremely thorough and performed the work quickly.

They were so nice! I mentioned I wanted the work to be done "soon" and they said, "How about tomorrow morning?" The guy was due at 8 am, and was a little late, but called to let me know. I don't mind if someone is a little late as long as they call. I find that refreshing and professional! I had had them out before and had always been pleased with their service. I mentioned this! Anyway, they said the regular price was $150 but they could give me a price of $125. SWEET! My dryer works so much better now. Right on!

All air ducts were cleaned and company did a very neat job. Everything was neat and clean and put back in it's proper place when the job was finished and, there is a noticable lack of dust in the house now!! We have been using Control Tech for past six years and have always been impressed with the work and how quick they are to respond. Mite-E-Ducts is a sister company of Control Tech Heating and Air conditioning repair and maintenance. Our house is 3600 square feet and lots of ducts.

The technician was on time and very polite. He spoke with me as to what would be the least intrusive way to run the hoses through my home. The work was done in a very professional manner and all debris, ect was removed. Although it was rainy and wet outdoors, the technician took care not to track any dirt into my home. The final price was the same as that quoted over the phone and included the $50 Angie's List discount. Will definitely use again in the future.

Excellent in all areas except professionalism, that was above excellent. I am pleasantly surprised. They were neat and cleaned up well.

They were on time and did an excellent job of installing a new aluminum dryer vent to replace an old flexible hose which had gone to pieces. They also cleaned our air ducts which had not been done in 13 years. They were very polite and helpful.

Replacing the dryer vent was a challenge since it traveled about 40 feet through my attic space and through a wall. Several employees of the firm came to my residence to find a solution to the problem. They clearly explained what they were doing. The pricing was reasonable, and they removed all debris.

The overall experience during cleaning was great and I even submitted a positive report. They showed me areas they were cleaning that had never been cleaned. After, I was disappointed. We found a layer of black dirt covering the area where our furnace is located in the basement. I called the company to tell them what happened and ask that they call me back to explain why this happened. They apologized, but never followed up.

The man that came out told me my dryer was too close to the wall, which was bending the hose and not letting the lint move through properly. He moved my dryer away from the wall. He showed up on time and was at my house for about 45 minutes.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND EXPLAINED THE WORK VERY WELL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ALSO HONORED THE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON.

Company initially referred me to another firm for a specialized inspection. When the inspection was negative, I called Mite-ducts again and was given a quote based on my house size. The technician showed up on time, performed the work required, and did not perform unnecessary tasks. The service required approximately 3 hours, and the final bill included a coupon discount. A first class operation.

On time and performed the job as requested.
