Overall, fairly well. Easy enough to make an appointment within a week -on a Saturday. Finished in about 3hours. Afterwards we noticed a humming noise that started when the furnace kicked on and stopped when the furnace kicked off. I called the next Monday and it took a couple phone calls, but they did send someone out to look at it. They were from Control Tech, a furnace company and they sealed up things and lowered the blower speed on the furnace and it decreased the humming noise. It was nice that Mite Ducts sent someone that specialized in furnaces for the fix.

I thought it was great that they put a camera in my ducts and I was able to see what they were going to do. They taped everything up, cleaned the ducts and cleaned up well afterwards.

Clay responded to my inquiry within hours. I filled out an estimate sheet online and within 24 hours had a full estimate. The work was scheduled and completed within a week, they showed up on time and left a couple hours later, as was understood. The guys were more than courteous with my family while they were there and cleaned up any mess they made while when they were done.

It went well. The technician explained it was against the policy to clean ducts if asbestos was present. I understood that. He left. Estimated cost was $450.

They were very responsive, professional, and came out the same day. I was impressed!

Chad Engle was the technician who performed the work. Chad was on time & professional. Chad explained the process to be done. He took before & after pictures of all the registers. I got the company through Angie's List web site. They were a little expensive, but did a good job. I would hire them again.

Very prompt, did a great job, with no mess. Showed before and after pictures of ducts as they were cleaned. Would use again and in less than 25 years. The amount of dirt that was removed was unbelievable.

The company provided excellent service. I scheduled duct cleaning prior to having new A/C installed. Their technique thoroughly cleaned the ductwork using high pressure vacuum attached to the ductwork. Pictures were taken before and after to show the effectiveness of their service.

Joe was a very polite young man and very efficient. He even arrived a little before the stated time which was very good. Mite-E-Ducts price was reasonable.

We were very impressed with this company. We called and they gave us a complete estimate over the phone and promptly scheduled the service. Chad arrived on time and did a great job. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer any questions we had. He was very careful when moving the equipment around the house and did not leave any mess. I feel that they do charge a premium for their service, however we choose them because duct cleaning is their specialty and not a side business.

Although initially thought the job had gone fine, discovered "debris" fallen from all ceiling vents over the next few days. Spent hours cleaning it all up and then called to inform them on Tues. morn. Did get a very polite call back right away; they again explained what they thought happened. Even though I had cleaned it up (due to allergies and asthma), they sent someone out to clean out a few chunks of drywall left in an upstairs vent and apologized again. Although I understand what happened, bottom line is that I paid big bucks to have my vents cleaned (which I knew had drywall dust) and I ended up with "vent dust" in my house and on my stuff that I had to clean-up. I guess I hoped for some offer of financial discount at this point and finally asked for (through the technician) half price dryer vent cleaning in the Spring--I received no response to that request. Would like to assume vents are actually clean but process left me with clean-up, a bad feel, and not sure if job complete.

When I called, the folks were just lovely and got me scheduled right away. Chad Engle showed up early -wow!- and was as kind and courteous as could be. He was very patient and understanding when I needed some time to corral my kitty cats. Chad certainly turned out to be a font of information! He told me that my plastic dryer vent hose was not up to code and also shared that the dryer vent in my crawlspace had screws in it (also a no-no). Chad was kind enough to remove the screws and tape the duct together so it's up to code. In addition, he took pictures of my crawlspace and showed me that I'd had some flooding that I might want to take care of. He also took before and after pictures of all of my vents so I could see the difference. My handyman was at the house and Chad took the time, at my request, to share about the crawlspace and vents. How kind! I felt great about having Chad in my home. My vents and ducts are now squeaky clean. Thanks for everything! Great job! :)

The technician arrived on time. Evaluated the furnace and the main runs in the basement before starting. Removed his shoes when he was in the house checking all the vents. He set up the large vacuum hose and started cleaning. When he was in the house cleaning, he removed his shoes. He was very polite and allowed the dog to check out his work. I received an thank you note from the company 2 weeks after the cleaning.

They were able to schedule the work faster than I expected. The young man who was here obviously knew what he was doing, took care to avoid making any messes, answered questions (including ones not involved with the duct cleaning), and did a thorough job. The equipment was amazing.

They showed up on time. Covered their feet. Each step of the process was explained fully. They worked with Control Tech to set up appt. times following each other and exchanged pertinent information. As well as letting me pay one time for both services.

The service man was polite, on time, informative, & neat.

The service man was right on time dressed clean & neat. Very professional. He put drop cloths on the carpet to protect from dirt then explained what he was going to do & how it would sound etc. He cleaned up after himself.

Chad. A most excellent service man, most helpful of any I have had in my 80 years.

Chad arrived an hour early which turned out to be a good thing since the job took a little over three hours to complete. He was very neat and helpful about making suggestions as to how to make our heating and cooling more consistent throughout the house. He cleaned out the dryer vent and replaced the hose connection, bringing it up to code. There was only a minimal charge for this. He was very careful about informing us exactly what he was doing and cautioned us about noise that might frighten our dogs. It was a pleasure to have him do the work for us.

Chad, the technician who performed the service was courteous and professional. He was very careful to protect our carpeting, furniture & walls.

Joe Mulvaney was on time, very polite and professional. Very neat; took boots off every time he came into the house.

They did a great job. They were here when they said they would be here, did the job, and were careful not to track dirt in the house. I was well pleased.
