Dryer again not working (from May to now). Had previously had no problems for 2 years. Dryer repairman states vent is clogged. Even if we used our dryer alot (which we do not) I still cannot understand how the vent. could be clogged again so soon. Had previously been there 2 years without an issue. Contacted the vendor who stated they only guarantee their workmanship for 20 days. Anything after that is a full fee return. No I am out 75 dollars for the dryer repair (which is it fine) and another 175 to have the work redone. Not acceptable.

Please don't let price scare you. We live in a 3600 square foot house that was built in 1865, We have A LOT of ductwork. Heaven only knows the last time the ductwork was cleaned in this house. In addition, we had three rooms of wood floors refinished so one can only imagine the amount of sawdust that generated. You can't possibly imagine the amount of dirt in the furnace system. Chad was late but only because he ran into construction zones three times on I70 so I still gave him and A for punctuality. I've driven I70 many times and I know what a pain it is. I do not work so I'm home quite a bit. I actually got a bronchial infection from the amount of dust in the air. I could quite literally dust a surface then, after the furnace had run a couple of times, go back and dust again and it was like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of weeks. It took the young man several hours to clean it all because he did he right. The house just feels cleaner. We're those people who actually have the HVAC checked out every year, chimney swept, etc. I can tell you we will absolutely use this company again. We simply could not be more satisfied.

We needed our ducts cleaned as we tried to work out a very confusing mold issue. Called them for a second opinion and quote. They were very busy and wouldn't have been able to do it for a few weeks. Nonetheless, a manager found time to call me back that day talked with me about the issue, gave me a quote, and advice on how to handle the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and fair and I appreciated the time he took despite being busy. Their quote was a little high, but then they have the best equipment and seem to have the most experience in the city in the field so being a bit more expensive is fair.

Arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Didn't leave a mess anywhere. Also took the time to show me pictures of a problem with my roof I didn't know about.

We called Mite-E-Ducts and a gentleman named Chad came out to give an estimate of what it would take to get rid of a mold problem. We were told by another company who tested for mold that, even though they could not see any mold anywhere, it was probably in the duct work and it would cost $2,800 to remediate it. In addition, we would have to pay extra to remove our belongings, furniture, etc. from the house, store it, and have it returned. This is the same company who performed the test and told us we had toxic black mold. However, toxic black mold was not listed on the test. Another common type was listed and it was within the normal, legal range. Chad looked all through the house and could not find any mold. He said if there was mold in the ducts, we should have them replaced as they are the flexible kind and anything blown into them for treatment, would just lay in the bottom and not all would be blown out. However, before he agreed to do the work, he recommended that we have another test performed just to be sure and suggested we use an independent company who specializes in mold testing. We called Mold Diagnostics in Monrovia and the lady who came to do the test has a Ph.D. in microbiology. She looked through the house and could not find mold anywhere. We showed her the first test to get her opinion and she said that the test was within the legal range and did not note toxic black mold on it anywhere. We received the test results from Mold Diagnostics and it showed the common type of mold and it was within the legal range. Therefore, we do not have toxic black mold nor anything that needs to be treated. We were very pleased with Chad and his representation of Mite-E-Ducts. He showed the utmost professionalism and integrity. To my knowledge he did not ask who the other company was and only went on what he found himself. We commend him for recommending that we have a second opinion by having another test performed and to use an independent company. His company does testing but it was only right that we had it tested by a party who did not perform remediation. In my research on testing, it was recommended that we should not use the same company for remediation if they performed the test. In fact, in some states, it is illegal to use the same company. We will highly recommend Mite-E-Ducts as they perform other services besides duct cleaning and mold remediation. We thank them for their honesty and integrity.

Our dryer vent is approximately 30 feet long and needed cleaned bad! Mite-E-Ducts was the only firm that would give us a quote over the phone and was very professional on the phone with my wife. The service tech, Benny, arrived on time and was GREAT! The amount of lint that he cleaned out was unbelievable! I HIGHLY recommend this company! And if you call, request Benny! Another quick note, there was no fuel charge like most places charge which amazed me considering the distant they traveled!

I had a really good experience with them. It was really good service. He told me how clogged up it was. He probably went a little above and beyond what he should have. He was like, "I can't leave you like this, because I'm worried you'll have a fire." He did a really good job.

The repairman was on time and very courteous. He repaired the duct and made sure it worked properly before he left.

The technician called and said he was going to be a little late. He was, but I appreciated the call. I had moved the furniture away with the walls when vents were hidden. The technician was very thorough. That thoroughness resolved in a surprise. When he was in the crawlspace he found a ceramic figurine that must have been under there for about 18 years!!! The technician was so polite, used booties in the house, explained an issue with the dryer vent, and obviously knew his job. My only surprise was he didn't move the furniture back. I don't know if that was policy or not. It wasn't that big of a deal, I moved it back in place after he left.

I requested an estimate online, and Chad was able to give me one the same day. I was able to schedule for a day that was convenient for me. The technician Benny arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained the process to me and even showed me pictures of the inside of one of my ducts. I felt Benny was very honest and explained things well. Benny cleaned up after he was done. This was a great experience an I highly recommend this company.

I called several weeks ago for an estimate over the phone and to schedule an appointment to clean our ducts. The person answering the phone was friendly and professional and was able to get me scheduled in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment this morning, but when I called and spoke with Mindy, she was extremely friendly and understanding. I haven't used this service yet, but wanted to write a positive review to acknowledge the great not-yet-a-customer experience I've had. I will be rescheduling and using this company soon.

It went wonderful. The serviceman looked into my ducts and said it didn't need to be clean. That is being honest and professional. Bravo to Mite Ducts.

This was the easiest, painless maintenance I have ever paid for. My dryer works so much better, of course I should have done this sooner. Justin was right on time and the whole thing took about 20 minutes while I watched TV. Justin patiently answered all my questions also.

Benny was very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

It was very good. They were quick. They were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves very well. The price was pretty competitive.

I called on a Monday and was originally scheduled for a Thursday service call, but they called back and said they could work us in on Monday so we would not be stuck without a dryer for several days. They called before the service man came. He arrived and cleaned out the duct and everything was finished before 11AM Monday morning. He was polite and answered all our questions. He even showed us the amount of lint that had accumulated. We were very pleased with the quick response and the quality of service.

One of the company's representatives, Justin, came out to clean my ducts and check my dryer vent. He was extremely nice, and was happy to answer any questions I had about what he was doing. He did the job quietly, with a great deal of professionalism, and used booties and corner protectors while working to ensure my home stayed clean and protected from his equipment. He was so good to me, that he even saved me some money by being honest and letting me know that at this time, my dryer vent did not need to be cleaned. As always, I was very happy with the company. I will definitely use them again if needed and will always recommend them to anyone needing these services.

After purchasing our retirement home, and having used Mite-E-Ducts in our previous home, we wanted to ensure the ducting system was cleaned. The worker arrived on time, if not a bit early, explained what he was going to do, and how. During the process of cleaning the ducting system, he showed pictures of the years if build up, bits of carpeting, bird feathers, etc. After finishing the work he cleaned up. Based on the two times we have used this company, when it comes time to have it done, they are first on my list.

I was so impressed with Benny's professionalism and work ethic. He called to see if he could come early He was very polite. He went the extra mile to make sure that the job was done correctly and to make sure that I understood everything. We will use Mit-E-Ducts to clean the whole house ducts next and plan to call them annually to do the dryer vent. Thank you, again, Benny.

Technician arrived a few minutes late, but our home is not easily found by GPS or Google Maps, so we try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Walked around the house with me looking at all the vents and returns, then got straight to work. He said that based on his observations, our ducts had never been cleaned before and judging how often I had to change furnace filters, I believed him! The process is quite noisy, luckily it was a nice day and we could take my son outside while he worked. It took about 3.5 hours, and afterword, he showed me the results and I was quite impressed. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

After seeing their presence in the local Zionville Christmas parade, i was inspired to get some duct cleaning services. I wanted to use a a local company to support the community. I made an appointment for the dryer duct cleaning only as I could not afford the whole house service at the time. The guy came disappeard into the attic for about an hour or less, never went around my dryer area at all, and emerged triumphant. I remember he was pleasant, I paid, he left. Unexpectedly this spring, my HOA decided to engage Stanley Steemer to clean our dryer vent ducts. I thought about it, just having had it done, and decided it would be a good idea to have it 'freshened up' since there was no additional cost. When the young men arrived they were courteous and professional explaining exactly what they were doing. They went straight for the dryer to pullIit out and begin cleaning. It was then I mentioned that I had recently had it done. The young men were impressed by the very large amount of debris they found that was clearly years of deposit. They said we hate to tell you this, but whoever was just here didn't do anything. They checked the attic and stated the only thing the guy might have done was retape a duct. I phoned Chad to let him know the story and he told me he would get back to me, mentioning a refund and an additional complimentary service. I told him that would be a satisfactory solution for me. I received NO call back and NO message. I called back today, one week later, and Chad said 'didn't you get my message?' I told him there were no voicemails for me from him. I was then told that I needed to call Stanley Steemer and have their techs call him. He then blamed my duct system for the excessive lint, etc. ??? He's never been here. ??? I got duped trying to support Zionsville business. It will be awkward seeing you around town now.

It went very good. I felt comfortable with him in my house doing the work. I even had to call them back out several days later as there had been a real heavy winds and the outside cover and bird guard had blown off and had to be re-attached and they came back with no problem and there was no charge involved. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends as well.

They were flexible in changing the date to perform this job. We really liked how the technician worked. He was arrived on the date arranged, was punctual, neat in appearance, polite, and informative. We would use their services again.
