I liked them a lot. They did great work. They were very professional and informative. I just wished that they would have told me I could've had a video inspection done first. I had no idea it was available.

It went great. They were on time and they were very thorough. They cleaned up well and we didn't have any problems. The guys that came were very nice and polite. He actually wore slippers in the house. He cleaned from top to bottom.

I have previously used Mite-E-Ducts and I called to have a estimate quoted to me. I was given a coupon on services with this company due to my relationship with Angie's List.

The job was done as quoted. Great service. Would recommend.

After I contacted them, they came out and were punctual. They accepted the discount coupon I had for their service. Whenever I call them, they are very responsive. They are always friendly and professional. I will use them again.

It went wonderfully. I choose them because of the recommendation on Angie's List. They were competitively priced and they were very forthcoming about what they could and couldn't do and the price.

It went really well. We had to have them come back because they didn't unclog the dryer went so we called them and they came right back out. We were happy with the final result.

The technician did the work in my home, then went to my son's home. In both cases, he was very efficient, personable, and professional. He explained everything he did and took before and after pictures. He was supposed to charge me extra since I had a crawl space, but since I wasn't told before, he waived that fee. In addition, since I wasn't sure of the square footage of my son's home, the original estimate was higher than the final cost. I had originally planned to use a coupon for $69.95 from another company, but after calling the Better Business Bureau, I changed my mind. Apparently, the coupon lures customers with the low rate, but once the company gets in your home, the charge ends up in the hundreds. I figured I might as well start out with the higher charge and not set myself up for any surprises. I have no regrets whatsoever. I am very picky about work done in my home. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

They were fine, I can't say it made a dime's bit of difference. I had it done for allergies and I still have those. I was expecting to see much less dust but I didn't notice any change.

They got up on the roof and did their business and supposedly had the dryer vent cleaned. The dryer repair man came out because the dryer wasn't heating up. He checked the tubing and found a lot of lent and debris in it. It was coated about an inch around the circumference. He told me to have them come back out and clean it. They came back. The first time, they didn't pull the dryer out. The second time, they looked at the vent and took out a very small handful of lent. The dryer repairman had brought out several handfuls and said it looked like a fire hazard. The Mite-e-Duct people said it looked fine. The dryer repair man came out to finish. He thought it looked bad still. He got on the roof and discovered that there was a jog in the dryer vent and when MED came, they had knocked the elbow off. He doesn't think they got the bottom half cleaned. He was here on a weekend, so he had to clean the dryer vent. He got in my attic and put the elbow back on, and was upset because it would have been a fire hazard. Had I not had a really good dryer repair man, I would have had troubles. I did call Mite-E-Ducts to tell them. They did apologize and wanted to know what they could do. I wouldn't use them again. They should have checked it out further on the second call. They were only here about 5-10 minutes that time.

The technician arrived on time. He cleaned both the air registers in the house and via the crawlspace. The work was completed in 2 hrs. 40 minutes. He was considerate of my cat.

I contacted Mite-E-Ducts to schedule an air duct cleaning and a representative from the company took all my information and scheduled the appointment for 1p.m. the following Friday. Fast forward to 1:30 on that Friday ... and no one was in sight. I called the company and the representative looked up my information and quickly patched me through to Clay Winters. All of my information was in their computer (name, address, quote, even the fact I had a coupon), but there was nothing about an appointment. Clay apologized profusely and worked to find a service person who could come and clean my air ducts. Not only did they call someone in just to clean my air ducts, but they honored both aspects of the coupon: $50 off AND a free dryer vent cleaning. The worker, Tim, was courteous, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job. Errors happen - that's life - how they are dealt with reveals a great deal about a company's integrity and Mite-E-Ducts impressed me greatly.

They came out and did the vacuuming from the outside however he did need to get into the house to see how the dryer was hooked up.

Very well. They were on time and friendly. Worked for an extended length of time (I had never had the dryer vent cleaned before). When they were done, my dryer, which wasn't drying at all, worked fine.

Was easy to schedule; staff answered all of my questions over the phone. Two technicians performed the job. Their cleanup could be a little better (debris under a few ceiling vents, debris in a couple of floor vents) but overall they were pretty neat. It was great that they were able to bring in their equipment through a basement window instead of front door (was a cold day). However, they did not protect the window sill or wall; their equipment scuffed up the wall and dented the wooden sill. Would recommend protective tarp in such cases.

I submitted an estimate request through the company's website and received a very prompt response. The estimated price was in line with other Angie's List reports. The technician who performed the service was professional. He went about his work diligently and took the time to answer questions about the process when I asked them. Was conscientious about laying down mats to keep our carpets clean and left the house in good shape; didn't find any dust after he was gone. Overall, I was very pleased with the results.

Selected co based on reviews. I was disappointed overall. Discovered at least 3 registers that were never vacuumed clean of debris, & so I doubt they were cleaned with the special tools that go down inside the ductwork as should have happened. The house certainly smelled better & I have no doubt that ductwork is cleaner than before, but like one review stated, it would be nice to see before & after pictures instead of spending $500 & trusting that things are clean. I asked for pictures, but they were lost in a computer crash. Company offered free air quality report instead, but got data only for part of measuring time. Company was to contact me to come back out to re-clean, but I did not hear back. It would have been nice to at least have had all the registers swept & cleaned. I was extremely pleased with the company response on April 16th and feel they did a terrific job of customer service.

Spoke with Mindy on the phone to schedule our appointment. She was very pleasant and our service was scheduled for the following week. The two men who showed up were very courteous. They arrived pretty much on time, and the job lasted about the 2 hours that Mindy said it would. I was very satisfied with the job. They even brought in a small hand-held vacuum cleaner to clean up around the vents. The cleaning was done almost two weeks ago and I can see a difference. I don't have any dust on the furniture.

It went very well. They gave me a price break because we have so few ducts, came on time, and did good work.

They arrived on time, did what they said they would do, explained what they were doing, and even took pictures with our camera for us. They applied the coupons and discount and didn't go over the estimate.

Everything was handled very well from my first call to inquire about their process, scheduling the appointment, to work itself. Chad arrived as scheduled, explained everything, closely examined all the ductwork and runs in the basement before beginning, was very neat, polite and professional. They acknowledged my Angie's List membership and applied a $50 discount. I was very pleased.
