Great - Repairman was able to come that very day due to a cancellation. He was extremely professional & did a great job. Our vent is difficult to access - and he did it without any negativity. We will definitely recommend this company. Especially those needing someone to clean the vent via the roof.

They gave me an estimate over the phone. They seemed to have good equipment and they were well organized. They missed a few things here and there though.

They were punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. He took pictures to show what the ducts looked like before and after - after was definitely better! I was pleased with the work performed.

Arrived 30 min late. Checked out ducting, then extended tubing, air hoses. Took pics after cleaning to ensure cleaning. Approx 2-1/2 hours total time cleaning. The hard part was preparing for cleaning, moving stuff and etc. Needed it.

Very well, they came to the house and got straight to work. If I had any questions they took the time to explain what they were doing. They found mold in our air ducts and sold us an ultraviolet light to kill any mold spores and explained that it would help kill germs, so hopefully, my family won't spread colds to each other.

Very easy...came for an estimate and was willing to give me a discount when I asked for a lower price without any haggling. Crew was in and out as unobtrusively as possible.

They said that I needed an ultraviolet light duct cleaning system. He said that all of my vents we were clean but I had a rat in one of my vents and that was what I was smelling. He also said that it would not hurt me. I just love the guy, I called his boss and told him that he is wonderful.

He came out and after we showed him all of the vents, etc. he got to work. It took a couple of hours, but he went from room to room and cleaned out all ducts with the huge pipe line hose that was connected to a large vacuum out in his truck. You can tell they know their work and do a great job.

They are wonderful. My son has allergies and after they left he became better because they cleaned out the air ducts so well. They are very professional, clean and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

The price was a little high. I set up the appointment and they told me the time it would take. They also showed up a bit early that morning. It took them about 2-3 hours. They had good equipment and cleaned up well. They also gave me some information on how often to do this service and so on. I feel they were honest with me. They did a great job. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Easy to set up appointment. Technician was very professional and through. Expected cleaning but ended up purchasing an entire new duct, which was fine, just not expected.

Joe was early to the house, greeted me immediately and introduced himself. He spent a few minutes going over the work that was to be done and encouraged me to accompany him as he went around the house to see where he would be working. I was not present during the work, but when I returned when Joe was finished he once again took the time to explain what he did and invited me to ask any questions I might have. He was very polite, courteous and professional. As the operations manager of a service company myself, I can say that I hope my employees present themselves as well as Joe did. I was very pleased with Joe, Mite-E-Ducts and the service itself. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Arrived early for the appointment, explained the process, was here about 2 hours, completed work and left.

They were great. The workers were friendly and professional. We have noticed a difference since they have come out. When we need the service done again, we'll use them.

I did not have the best experience at all. The son of the owner was the one that came out and I caught him in a couple of lies. He told me he had removed the covers on the ducts to clean them out and he didn't and then he admitted to having lied.
