They did a fine job. They didn?t bother me while I did my work. They went through and cleaned everything out, and I wrote out a check when everything was done. I would rate them highly overall.

The owner of the company was both knowledgeable and patient. His estimate was by far the best. When he came to our home, he took pictures with his camera and then sent them to us via email. I was able to see the problem before he worked on it. He then showed us after pictures to show us the final product. He was extremely prompt, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend him in the future.

My husband and I had been considering have our duct work cleaned and had selected 2-3 companies from the Angie's List reports. Once we read the article in the AL magazine which stated this was a good thing to do especially after any home construction/repair work, we contacted Mite E Ducts. I called about two weeks in advance and was able to get the day I wanted. Later I called back to change from a morning appt to an afternoon--no difficulties in changing. Chad arrived a bit early, took a walk 'round to see each vent location then went to work. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up any residue. He checked the dryer vent and informed us that it isn't up to code so we'd need to get that fixed should we sell the house. He was very pleasant with a nice sense of humor, neat in appearance, polite in conversation and willing to educate. He neither rushed nor dallied. He showed me pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning. When my husband entered the house that evening, he immediately commented on the house feeling/smelling fresher. Very good experience.

We have had less congestion in the mornings since this was done. Seems to have been a good thing to do. I think he probably did a good job but I have no way of judging except that breathing is easier. got an Angie's List discount.

I called for an estimate on 6/1 and was able to schedule an appt. to complete the vent cleaning on 6/15. The tech arrived a few minutes early and was very courteous. He explained the process for cleaning the dryer vent since we had never had this done before. Everything was done and completely cleaned up within 30 minutes. Air flow from dryer was checked when service was completed. We were also able to use a coupon from Angie's List which saved us $25!

The heating element in my dryer burnt out because of a clogged duct. Mr. Winters replaced all of the old plastic duct with metal duct work and replaced the outside vent covers to keep birds from nesting in the vents. The duct work runs behind a wall and above the ceiling and they were able to replace all but a small portion with the metal duct. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. The final bill was slightly higher than the estimate because we replaced the external vent. I would highly recommend them.

We called them on Memorial day when we noticed our dryer wasn't drying clothes properly. As it was a holiday they were closed (as expected) so I left a voicemail. Clay returned my call at 8:00 the next day to get more information. Within 15 minutes of that call Missy called to schedule an appointment with me for THAT day (honestly, I didn't think they would get here that quickly.) The appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and they arrived at 2:30 sharp. They climbed up on the roof (second floor) and cleared the obstruction (a large nest with 9 eggs in it!). They tested the airflow from the dryer and verified that everything was working well. They also recommended a further repair that might help keep birds from returning to block the vent. They explained how the repair would work and gave me an estimate without being pushy about it. Bryan and Clay were both very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

They were great. i told my mother i would help her get her vent cleaned, so i called Mite-e-duct. They took great care of her - were very friendly and fast. Made it easy for me to help my mom out with this.

Bryan Kugleman came out to our home and he was spot on time. From the second this guy walked through our door, I could sense that he was a man of honesty and integrity and I must tell you, I do not feel this way about service men who come to take care of things in my home. He was clean and neat and his manners reflected that of someone whose parents have done a good job raising a gentleman. He was fast, he was professional and he explained every bit of what he was doing. He told us about the clog and all that he had found and what he recommended for future services. He explained the prices, discounts and everything else. It was like living in the 40's or 50's or something and having that kind of "soup to nuts-service with a smile" kind of customer service that is sadly lacking in most companies. Mite E Duct was a little higher priced than the company we called prior to them but we're not the least upset. You get what you pay for in this situation. The first place I called had a rude girl who answered the phone and turned me down flat because our dryer vents through the roof. Before she even found that out, she answered the phone like it was a great inconvenience and she wasn't interested in helping or suggesting anyone else. She just wanted me off of the phone.I had called on a Monday morning and apparently that was too soon for her. Matt answered the phone at Mite E Duct and he was sincere and friendly right off the bat. Bryan came out to us from Zionsville and was happy to be there. This was a guy who takes pride in his work. So while Mite E Duct was a little more money than someone else might be, here's what you get: Someone who shows up on time, professional, fast, clean work, you get a comprehensive explanation of what they are doing so you know you're not going to get cheated, you get someone who takes pride in his work and WANTS to be there getting it done. My dryer dries like it was brand new. It was the best money I ever spent and I'm calling Mite E Duct back to clean out the ductwork in my house. It does not get any better than this.

They did a really good job. I liked him so much that they fixed a couple of our HVAC problems when they were here.

2nd floor dryer started taking longer to dry clothes with each use over a period of 3 weeks. We insured that the hose leading to the air duct was clean and clear of obstructions. What little lint that was in the hose was damp. I contacted the company at 9:00am in the morning and was told that they could have their service specialist at my house at noon that same day and the price for service, assuming all I needed was the air duct cleaned, would be $125.00. The serviceman arrived on schedule, looked and tested the upstairs dryer first, then used a ladder to reach the outside lovered door vent (approx 22 feet above ground). With a suction hose, he removed the blockage in the vent. He then retested the dryer to insure that it was working properly.

They were extremely flexible and accomodating. I had to cancel my original appointment due to a severe snow storm, but was under a time limit to get the work done. A technician was willing to work overtime on a Friday to do the job. He arrived on time, was very personable, and finished the job in less time than I expected.

If you have pets, it is better to put them in a carrier so the worker can move freely from room to room. They were courteous and professional. They did the job in a timely matter. They plugged all the areas they had punctured to clean it.

It was a good experience and I would use them again. He was prompt. I had never had to have the ducts cleaned before and he explained to me why and how badly the ducts needed cleaned. He was very courteous.
