This was great from beginning to end. I trust Clay and his experience. I didn't call anyone else in town - I went straight to the person I thought to be the best in town. The entire organiation was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone! He really helped assure us that everythign was going to be okay and brought some resolution to us as a family. They were very good. They were very professional and on time.

They had to go under the floor to the outside so that the dryer could be installed on the 2nd floor. They did a great job, and were able to route it outside rather than going through my roof. The installer was able to finish with the drye. The dryer has been working ever since. They were very nice.

Very neat and professional. Was about 10 minutes late, but started right away and finished in a reasonable time. Walked through house with us first and confirmed estimate was accurate. (it was) This service itself is a little pricey to me, but it has to be done and of the "quality" companies, these guys were the least expensive. There are much cheaper offers out there--but you get what you pay for and they tack on other costs.

Chad and Sean did a nice job. They were considerate of my home, and they answered all my questions. They made sure I understood how often I should clean in the future.

Brian arrived on time after his courtesy call that morning. He performed the tasks quickly yet thoroughly and professionally in less than an hour and a half. He was very polite, offering to wear boot covers to protect the carpet. Though he had to cut a hole in the ducting for the large vacuum hose, he later covered it very well. I chose this company after being referred to them from another Angie's List top-rated company and also finding Mite-e-Ducts on the List. The main office was very nice, professional and helpful, especially when I explained our situation with mold remediation and issues with my wife's health. We scheduled the two-hour appointment for a week and a half in the future, due to their loaded schedule, which I took as a good sign. I asked that she call me should they have an opening before then, and two days later they called to let me know someone had rescheduled from that week and that I could have the spot if able. I was very happy she had taken the notes and remembered to contact me. My wife and I are breathing much better now. Thanks!

From the first phone call, Mindy in the office was delightful and helpful. The technician was prompt, clean and professional. After an initial house tour, I worked via PC while he took care of business. He was informative, pleasant and left no traces of being there!

He went beyond what he would have to do to clean the ducts and dryer vent. He had to clean the dryer vent duct by reaching his arm in and cleaning it out by hand.

Service date is approx. We hired Mite E-Ducts, Inc to clean our vent system due to dust. The sold us on their equiptment and that it was the best in the industry. We told them that we had one wall in the foyer that had a drywall repair and that it was being sanded the following week. They said that this would not be an issue and that after they cleaned the ducts we were to change the filter and after a couple of weeks we would see a change in th amount of dust we have in the house. We have three dogs but they are bathed every two weeks. They cleaned the ducts and we changed the filter that day. For one week there was slight differance and from then on, just as bad as always. While at a garden show, we saw the technician that came to our house and told him of the problem. He did not want to tallk about it there as he was trying to get more customers. He told us to call the owner. We called the owner and he said that had the tech known that we were going to do drywall he would have postponed the job. He said he would check with him and get back with me. The tech did know about the drywall, he way it when he walked in and we discussed it. It has been several weeks now and still no phone call. I could have had the same terrible job done for 80% less.

The gentleman arrived early. Explained that they would need to keep the door open because of the hose. He was very personnable. The two hours he was here just flew by. Cleaned up after himself, put the furnace back together. Loved what they did and would use again.

The work was professionally done with as little inconvenience as possible. The appointment was set up by phone, and the work was scheduled to be done just a few days later. It had rained and snowed beforehand, and I appreciated that the service person put on shoe covers so that he would not trek dirt and water into the house. I would defintely use this company again and refer them to other people. However, I did think that the cost was a little high.

There were two people that came by and they were very good and professional. They came in and told me exactly what they were going to do. They did a good job and everything was clean.

The service rep was excellent in that he presented what was to be done in a manner that was understandable and answered all of the questions I had readily without hesitation. He was in and out of the house in about two hours; he was very efficient. He was very professional yet very personable.

Clay was prompt and professional and the price was competitive, especially considering the complexity of the work involved. I would recommend Clay and would use his service again.

Justin did significant repairs on our broken dryer duct and then cleaned it. Excellent, professional work.

They did a good job. Their truck and everything was outside the house while cleaning the ducts. On the inside of the ducts they had some kind of a flip that would loosen the dust or the dirt that had built up inside. If it was not enough it would break the air duct. Some companies use the brush and that would break the air ducts. Our air ducts were plastic so they had to be very careful and they were.

We needed our duct work cleaned. They where easy to work with for setting an appointment. The tech did a great job of explaining how the work would be performed. They placed drop clothes around the whole house and corner guards to keep from marking the walls. It was an excellent experience. We will be calling in the future.

Very professional and would use them again. Glad to let everyone know about the company. In comparing prices with others on Angie's List and with $50 off Angie's List coupon, price was very reasonable. 1800 ft ranch, no basement home.

They were very professional and prompt, and they did an excellent job on my air ducts and dryer vents. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

They did a fine job, but we had a concern that there was some discharge coming out from our furnace. We thought there was some dirt in the evaporator coil. That was the only complaint that we had. Otherwise their work was fine.

In June we had some problems that we thought were from our dryer, so we had a dryer specialist come out and it was not the dryer. He recommended someone to come out and clean the dryer vent and he said that there was no way that Mit-E Ducts had cleaned the vent just months prior. I called Mit-E Ducts and he claimed it was 'our use'. We only use the dryer twice a week so that is impossible. Mit-E Ducts did not offer to come out and fix the problem or help in any way. This was very costly for us to get diagnosed and fixed and could have been prevented. Now I am concerned how well they did on the HVAC cleaning. It really disappointed me that they didnt care about me as a client. He said the service tech that did the job was no longer with them and so there wasnt any way he could fix the problem.

The owner, Clay Winters, came to fix it. He was an extremely good provider. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He did it promptly without creating any mess of any kind. He cleaned only one dryer vent but it was complicated because he had to go through the attic to do it. I liked him. I have put his card in my file so that I can use him if I need to in the future.

The technician showed up on time and took his time to explain to me everything he had found, fixed and what to look for in the future. Very efficient and professional.

The process went very smoothly. There was an issue with my dryer duct that was handled promptly. In twenty to thirty minutes after calling, an employee was at my home fixing the problem. I was very impressed with their service. My house was left spotless afterwards.

tech arrived on time! he was professional and thorough in his cleaninf - he also discovered that the vent line was kinked and actually was the primary reason the dryer took way too long to dry our clothes - would recommend them based on my experience - tech appeared to be very qualified for the job.
