At Mite-E-Ducts, we offer air duct & dryer vent cleaning services. Since we use the best truck mounted duct cleaning trucks in the industry, all of your dust and debris will be pulled out of the duct system and contained/filtered outside of the home! We also offer dryer vent repair/replacement as well as dryer vent termination hood replacement. Don't forget to ask about our air duct treatment services!

Description of Work: CLEANED OUT DUCTS IN THE HOUSE. THE GUY WAS PROMPT, BUT WALKED ON MY WHITE CARPET WITH DIRTY SHOES. THEY HAD TO CUT A HOLE IN MY FURNACE, WHICH I WASN''T EXPECTING. HE ALSO MISSED A RETURN VENT, AND THE TRUCK WOULDN''T START INITIALLY.

WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE EMPLOYEE’S ACTIONS. WE ARE ALSO SORRY YOU DID NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND HOW WE HOOK UP TO THE DUCTWORK. WE MUST CUT AN 8" HOLE IN THE RETURN SIDE OF THE DUCTWORK AND THE SUPPLY SIDE OF THE DUCTWORK TO HOOK UP OUR VACUUM HOSES. NOTE: CUTTING THESE ACCESS HOLES DOES NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS OR DAMAGE TO THE FURNACE OR THE DUCTWORK. WHEN WE ARE FINISHED WITH THE AIR DUCT CLEANING WE INSTALL “INSPECTION PLATES” OVER THE HOLES TO SEAL THEM UP. AS FAR AS THE EMPLOYEE MISSING A RETURN VENT, MITE-E-DUCTS HAS NEVER BEEN CONTACTED ABOUT THIS. WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED.
