 + -1 moreAfter contacting the company,the owner came out the next day and had a bid proposal ready in 2 days. The driveway and sidewalk were removed and the area was prepped and graded to prepare for the new concrete. The crew worked around the spring rains to get the new driveway and sidewalk in as quickly as possible. A new trench drain with grate was installed at the end of the driveway and tied to a PVC pipe to drain into a nearby ditch. The driveway and sidewalk look great and there has been no standing water at the end of the driveway.
Description of Work: The original 40 year old concrete driveway had many cracks and was crumbling at the end of the driveway. The driveway had also settled and was about 2 inches lower than the garage floor. The sidewalk also had cracks and was half hidden by mature bushes. Also, there was a drainage issue at the end of the driveway. After every rainfall, there was always standing water that remained for days.
