We had our kitchen window replaced, and there is a tile backsplash right up against the window molding. We were a little worried that the tile would be damaged during the process. Leising Home Improvements was the installer and they were very painstaking in not disturbing the tile, they left the original molding and incorporated it into the new window, and it just looks like a million bucks. This installer is helpful and easy to work with from the beginning of the process to the end. We could not be happier. The guys are also extremely neat and polite. They left the kitchen very clean. i did not have to clean up a thing after they left.

There were some communication issues afterwards. It just took more phone calls than I would have liked to get the issue resolved but it was eventually resolved.

We have been EXTREMELY pleased with the attention and service we have received at the Anson/Zionsville Lowe's store. In the past 8 months we have purchased lighting and pleated shades for our entire new house. I had gone to a local lighting company to pick out my lighting and was floored by the prices - even with their "sale" price. Our builder had not allowed enough money in the quote to purchase even half the lighting at this store. Because of that I went to Lowe's figuring - lights are lights. I was able to purchase 41 lighting fixtures and fans and still stay within my budget! We have gotten so many compliments on the fixtures. I truly don't feel like I just "settled" but that I got great products at a fair cost. More importantly, the customer service at the Zionsville store is superb. We had issues with some of the vanity lights coming in, they searched the store, called other stores, located them in Beech Grove and offered to go pick them up for me. I chose to go get them as I needed them THAT day, but I appreciated the offer. We also purchased 30 pleated shades for the house. One was ordered at the wrong size (too big) and the manager worked with me to send it back and have it recut - no charge. Over the past few months we also bought all of our towel bars/bath accessories, medicine cabinets, a grill, a washer and numerous smaller items. We have been very pleased!

It was a great offer. The gift card didn't come timely but we weren't in a hurry because we weren't going to buy anything in particular. We were just getting it for the future so the timeliness wasn't a big deal for us. It was handy to have.

They were very good to work with overall! They showed up on time and where good at what they did. When anything went wrong, they corrected it. Everything went well.

After visiting the Lowe's store and receiving information on Pella Windows, we decided to contact Lowe's again to obtain quote pricing for window replacements. We received a visit and quote from qualified Lowe's employee and he was very courteous and was not high pressure at all. He gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision. He then worked with us by calling Lowe's credit card area to increase our card limit to pay for the windows. Again, he was well versed in the Pella window product, pricing, options and warranty information as well as all the current Lowe's promotions and discounts. This was followed by a visit for measurements by the installer prior to the ordering of the windows. Our new Pella windows were ordered and arrived in about 3-4 weeks. The installer called to schedule in an appropriate time frame, the installation of our new windows. Josh Leising, the installer, came with 2 other workers and installed all the windows in one day. They were very professional, courteous and complete in their service. They worked together like a finely tuned machine to install our new windows with quality and care. We were told we would probably have touch up work to do after the installation but I will say that it is very minimal. Someone from the Lowe's store came the day of the installation to check and see if we were satisfied with how the installation was going. The next day we received a call from Lowe's with another follow up to the installation but we were not home. They kept calling each day until they reached us to find out if we were satisfied with our installation and functionality of our new Pella windows. Their level of customer service is top notch. The installers promptly removed our old windows and installed the new. They took all the old windows and all related packing trash with them. They vacuumed each room and policed the outside of the house for any trash. If we had any windows left to replace, we would definitely use them again. We are satisfied customers.

They honored the previous owner's warranty. I wasn't trying to get a free service or a warranted service; I was just trying to get the person that worked on it so they would remember. It was fine and I would use them again. I would use them again.

I picked out the type of blind I wanted and paid $35.00 measurement fee. The installer was to contact me within 48 hours. On the third day I contacted Lowes and was told they had a paperwork mixup. The installer then contacted me. The installer then sent measuremnts to Lowes. I then had to go to Lowes to pickup the blinds. Only then was the installation scheduled. The Lowes "system" appears cumbersome and slow. The installer showed up when scheduled and did a good job. However, one of the blinds had bent slats and had to be replaced. I had to tell Lowes about the problem, they had to verify the problem with the installer. The installer then scheduled the replacement with me. Overall the whole job took about one and one-half weeks - much was taken up with Lowes "system" and three way communication among Lowes, the installer and me. The installer - Dave - was personally quite punctual and professional.

The initial visit was great. The window manager was friendly and measured all our windows. Lowes held a sales price for us as I was waiting on merchant credits I had bought on-line to be recieved. Instillation was set up and was delayed by installer by two weeks as we were trying to get ahold of him to try to re-schedule. Communication from installer was very poor. Lowes told us there was only one installer so when we scheduled to install the windows ourselves, another installer was found. Windows were delivered and the second installer was unable to install the windows because they were too small. We were informed that the other installer had "kits" to make windows fit. When I measured the windows, the gall area was an inch smaller and overall windows were two or more inches smaller. We refused the windows and returned then to Lowes. When we tried to follow up to get the correct windows ordered, we were told by Lowes these were correct windows by people who had never been to our house. We went through the window rep, the store manager all the way up to the regional manager and was told these were the correct windows. We follwed up with a Pella representative to find out Lowes was telling us incorrect information and "kits" should never be used and diect measurements should be used. We wnded up contacting the Boone Couny prosecuter about the issue. Lowes then was willing to come and re-mease the windows to order the correct, arger-size windows. The new, updated windows were delivered to our house today and instillation began. When the installers informed a sizing issue after installing 6 windows did a closer look at the windows was done by us. The EXACT SAME TOO SMALL windows that we had refused delivery on had beed returned to our house (same labels, same boxes, same window that I had removed some of the wrapping to measure the windows over a month ago). We removed trim board on the installed windows was removed to find a 1" or greater wood board had been nailed in the frame thus reducing our window opening by over 2 inches in either direction had been added without our permission. In addition, the trim board is now one "or greater around too small which will require rooms needing to be re-painted or thick trimboard be added to make up the difference in sizes. Lowes did not deliver the larger windows they had commited to and installed wood to reduce our window opening after expressly being told not to. Windows we refused due to too small were installed under the pretense that they were the correct - larger sized windows. Dur to the timing, we may not be able to take advantage of the tax rebate and our old windows have been destroyed.

Went in search of granite countertops. Overall I am happy with the experience, but not thrilled. Of course, this was my first such mission, so maybe my expectations weren't on target and therefore did receive stellar treatment. There seemed to be ALOT of communication needed that I guess I didn't expect at the outset...i.e. didn't know it was going to be so time intensive on the phone. Also, I was not happy that they changed my time-slot (from first in the morning until 2nd in morning) without telling me. It wasn't so much that they needed to change the time - but more that they didn't tell me until I called in b/c they hadn't arrived about 40 mins after the appointed time. After all the calls I had made to them, I would have expected they would call ME to let me know they were showing up 2 hours later than previously communicated. But, overall, they seemed to take great care and I do believe it is quality workmanship. They were clean as well - they did sweep up/wipe down (it was noted they would sweep). I did vacuum out my cabinets (sawdust), but I honestly had expected to do so as sawdust does spread very easily.

They were great. We got a rebate on top of getting everything being on clearance. They delivered the refrigerator where we needed. They hauled away an old stove like they said they would. They did a good job. Their installation was fine.

Lowe's was very prompt at contacting the plumbing company to schedule the install. When I had'nt heard from the plumbers within the 48 hrs promised I called Lowe's and they quickly contacted the plumbers who then called me and scheduled the job for later that afternoon. They arrived when they said they would and got to work immediately. They were very polite and cleaned up the area after the job was done
