King's landscapping is very well known in Zionsville and I called them based on several neighbors recommendation. The work was done as planned and the result was as expected. Would definitely recommend.

On time, where I wanted it. I've used King's for 9 years and they have invariably delivered mulch or soil on time and placed it where I've asked (usually I'm not home).

Great work. very prompt. very careful truck work, avoiding trees and roof overhang. Steve, the driver, has delivered stone and mulch to my house in past years. I like the consistency.

Very well. We called on Thursday, and they delivered the mulch on Friday. The price was higher this year (we had ordered 4 cubic yards in previous years, and paid a little less). But they are reliable, and they are careful to dump the mulch on one side of the driveway so that we can still drive around the mound. The mulch is good quality too.

Excellent experience. Their price was 1/2 to 1/3 the price quoted by others, and the work was done very quickly with large equipment. Roy did forewarn us that the large equipment would damage our lawn. However, they were very careful to keep this to a minimum and the damage was easily repaired. We realized after Roy had given us our estimate that a gas line runs right through the middle of the area; however, he did the work for the original price quoted. The replacement dirt appears to be of high quality and was easy to work--looking forward to a beautiful flower garden next year!

I called King's to purchase some mulch. There price was good and they delivered it the next day. They delivery person put the mulch where I had asked it to be put. The only complaint I have was the mulch was a little too orange in color for me but other than that the quality was good.

I called on Tuesday, received and estimate on Wednesday and the work was done on Thursday.

The owner came out for an estimate the same day I called. I agreed to use him that day. It was about $1000 to level the ground and then another $600 to come back and seed it, which I thought was very good. They have gotten awards on Angie's List, and I would have to agree with all of it. They run the business on a handshake, which I don't see anymore. They treated my yard like it was their own. They told me what I needed to do to take care of my yard. They even made a special trip, when they knew we were going to get a lot of rain, to make sure everything was okay with my yard and nothing would get ruined. I am thinking about having them come back next year to seed the yard again. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others.

It was excellent because they delivered the top soil within two days. It was easy to get a hold of someone. They were professional and polite. The price was reasonable.

I may have caught them on an "off day." There was a lack of communication from estimate to job finish and a lot of confusion. They "made it right" at the end of the job, but they seemed unorganized and not very business like.

I called many different companies in the past that came out to my home without providing an estimate. When I called King's Landscaping, they came out and walked around my property with me to provide and accurate estimate. They were very helpful and friendly with this estimate process.

I called on one day and the mulch was delivered the next day. The receptionist was friendly and professional over the phone. The mulch was placed exactly where I wanted it. I was also impressed by the excellent quality of the mulch.

The delivery was on time when i asked. They were professional while they worked. I would use them in the future. The quality of their work was good. I thought the price was fair.

Perfect. The assistant told me about the different qualities of mulch for me to choose. Went with fine dark brown mulch which is a little more expensive than the chunkier kind. (difference is it's run through the chipper twice and breaks down to dirt faster.) The driver was at my door only a few hours later and placed the dirt where I asked.

It went very well. They came out and looked at the yard, then provided us with an estimate. Once we accepted the estimate the work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Steve King the landscaper actually went above and beyond and did an excellent job.

The topsoil was delivered and placed where we needed it. The delivery took place on time.

The mulch was delivered on time, at the designated spot on the driveway and with care so that the mulch didn't pile on to the grass. We left a check for the delivery driver and a receipt was there when we returned. Everything worked perfectly.

They did a great job. I had previously submitted a poor report due to not getting a call back. Was referred to Mr. King a second time by another resource. This time he called the next day, then came out and left an estimate the same day. It did take a few weeks to get the work scheduled but I would imagine this is a busy time and our need was not urgent. The driveway looks awesome. It is a large drive and it was in very poor condition. They did a really good job in making the drive a bit larger while giving it a good shape. Gravel was spread very evenly, including some work with rakes.

They are prompt. They delivered the next morning. Very professional service. Punctual and prompt.

We hired King's to deliver and spread mulch in our yard and garden in May 2007. They did not do a very good job spreading the mulch, too much mulch left on the plants, spread too thin in some areas, too heavy on three areas.

King's provided an estimate within 2 days of our request for mulch. We needed mulch around an electrical box and backyard and wanted the mulch installed and not dumped on a newly power washed and sealed driveway. King's truck delivered the mulch and then was installed with the help of a little tracker like vehicle that worked efficiently and never left a mark on my lawn, but brought the mulch to the proper location. The work was done in 45 minutes and looked fabulous. The estimator recommended 8 yards of mulch, but my husband felt we would only need 5 yard. I believe that she was new to that job so when they brought out 8 yards and only used 5 yards Kings was going to charge us of 8 yards. But when my husband explained that it was King's that had said 8 yards, but we felt 5 yards was right. They then charged us for the 5 yards. We were very happy with the job that King's did. They were professional, prompt and offer a superior produce.

It was good quality mulch and delivered on time and in the place I asked it be put.

Very courteous and helpful on the phone, when ordering. Delivered the same day as ordered, at the time asked for. Very courteous driver, who understood what needed done and spread the stone very well.
