KENT CLAGHORN

On Nov 11th we gave Claghorn's a deposit of $800.00 to resurface our fireplace before Thanksgiving. We were lead to believe it was a small project that could be finished between other larger jobs. That never happened. They were pushing to get the job finished for Christmas. They were not on time for appointments. They left a mess in the driveway when they were finished and the quality of surface was sub-par. The first time they brought the granite out to install for the hearth the measurements were incorrect. That caused another delay. The tile we choose in the store (and brought home for approval) was not the same tile that we received. We understand our project was not a large dollar project for them, BUT it was our fireplace....The centerpiece of our home. We were not at all satisfied with their work ethics or the quality of work they performed.

THEY EVEN SCHEDULED ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME AND MOVE MY FURNITURE FOR ME WHICH MADE THE EXPERIENCE MUCH MORE EASY. THEY WERE SO EFFICIENT, CLEANED UP WELL, AND WANTS TO BE SURE THAT YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED BEFORE YOU PAY. HE IS ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE AND CALLS BACK WITH IN A COUPLE HOURS EACH TIME I LEAVE A MESSAGE.
