Excellent! Dan made a few suggestions for me that ended up being very helpful. He was professional, efficient, and I felt the price I paid for the services provided was very fair. He pulled 2 HDMI cords through a wall and removed an old cord that was stuck, plus set up some AV equipment.

My experience went very well. Dan emailed me back even with his busy schedule and set a time to complete my Big Deal offer within a week of contacting him. He also called me 30 mins prior to his arrival at my house to give me time to meet him. He arrived at my residence on time and was very professional and courteous. I showed him where I wanted the tv mounted and he suggested the best height for the mounting. I had to return to work and left him unattended in my house. When I returned my tv was mounted with no signs he was ever there. My house was left locked and secured and he did an excellent job! We spoke briefly prior to me heading back to my office about his church community. It was refreshing to speak with a Godly man and true professional. I would highly recommend this company to all family and friends for all home automation needs.

Dan was working with a spot beside my fireplace that was built for an older TV. However, he bought wood and to my delight made it work for me. He vacuumed up the mess, hooked up my DVD player and WII and even showed me which ports they were connected to on my Smart TV. Very Pleased.

Dan, the Principal of the company walked me through every step of the process and then we worked together to determine what security items I needed as well as adding additional smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. The end result is an easy to use system that makes me feel very comfortable. I would strongly recommend Dan and Intelligent Living Solutions to everyone!

Dan was fantastic from beginning to end. Quickly came out and walked the space with me and gave me ALL the options.....we went with most of them, the few we skipped were very cool and high-tech, just not necessary. Dan is a perfectionist....all wires are neatly hidden and everything is done perfectly. He shows up when he says he's going to show up. The guy can do it all. He's a one man show, so there are no lazy employees and etc. Do not look anywhere else. I'll never use anyone else for IT work, weather it be commercial or residential.

Making the arrangements for the job was extremely easy compared to other providers. Dan arrived promptly, and completed the job in good time. His cleanup was excellent to the point of returning the piece of plaster board ceiling he cut out very carefully, to fish the wire through, to its original place in the ceiling. Other providers I had talked to were not willing to even try and do this - they told me I would have to employ a plasterer to come and fix the ceiling. Dan did a very professional job and I am very impressed and would recommend him to anybody. Also his price was lower than the nearest other quote I received.
