Joe Beck was sensational. Responded promptly, Was able to work with my schedule , Was able to schedule me quickly, Showed up on time, Very friendly and conscientious (brought his own shoe covers and put them on as soon as he walked in....my wife was so pleased). On top of all that "customer service" stuff, Joe knew what to do, worked quickly and efficiently and did an exceptional job. I couldn't ask for anything more. I'll never try anybody else.
