+ 0 moreEverything went great and Pat was awesome to work with. Was open to working with me in stages, so I only had him complete the framing and electrical so far, but will continue using him for the rest of the work once I'm able.

+ 2 moreMy overall experience with him is okay. He does an excellent work. He is always prompt and cleans up his mess. The only thing with Pat is, he is expensive. He is a little high on the price compared to the other estimates, but we kind of feel like you get what you pay for. He always does a great job and he follows up if there is any problem.
Description of Work: Dickman Construction has done a lot of work for us over the years. Over 14 years ago he put a bathroom in our basement. He has put in windows at house and also has put in doors at our house. So, we are really well acquainted with him. The last thing he did for us was put in basement windows.

+ 0 morePat Dickman is a very skilled carpenter and remodeler. We've used him on several projects, but this one was the most carpentry intensive project we've completed. Pat was receptive to input, prepared plans reflecting our input and then was creative in solving the challenges that arise when bringing this to life. Everyone who sees the completed project is very impressed. Pat is not the cheapest, but his work is top notch. You get what you pay for.
Description of Work: They constructed a storage unit along a wall of the office in our home. It included shelves, a desk, cabinet and a filing drawers in a single unit.
