Description of Work: We worked with Mark Van Zant at Designer Glass four years ago. He designed a large window above the entry doors to compliment the Pella doors design below it. He also provided a solution to minimize the light and heat that comes in that window and well as provide privacy. It is beautify.! The window design includes a long arch. We noticed an area that was moved a little, but not very noticeable. We called Mark to have him look at it. He came the next day to evaluate it and confirm there was no danger of structural concerns and asked if he could come out the next day to fix it. We had plans so he came the next week, arrived on time, and fixed it in an hour. This is above and behind any customer service I have experienced. There was no discussion of warranty, need to show information on the purchase details, or any delay in his response, as it was not an immediate issue. We were impressed with his original service four years ago to provide a beautiful solution, but his responsiveness, customer service, and support of his product is above and beyone.

Description of Work: I wanted a decorative window covering that provided privacy for our bathroom window. Mark Van Zant the owner of Designer Glass Solutions provided several design options that allowed me to pick and choose exactly what I wanted. Mark was able to understand The window was installed in a timely manner (few weeks). It was installed today. It is beautiful and exceeded my expectations!
