The company did an exceptional job. They completed the work in the time-frame requested, were friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable. The company helped remove some poorly applied gutters that had been put up by an individual who had claimed to have 25 years of experience and had damaged the edge of the roof in the process. The Hazen company removed the nails, covered the nail holes with roof caulk, and help restored my roof. I was overjoyed.

I saw his ad in the publication. Within a few days of my call, they came out to clean my gutters and repair some that were installed incorrectly. We asked about adding leaf guards, and he told us what the best screens would be based on the types of leaves around my house. They ordered the guards, and were back within a week to install. He gave me a discount on the guards since I had already used him for the cleaning. I appreciate Angie's List, because it made my searching much easier to see his add in the publication.

They came out the next day. They did excellent work and cleaned up well. They are insured and bonded. They were more expensive than other companies, though.

He used a scraper and a rag to clean them out. The down spouts were not hosed out to make sure they were clean. He was less expensive than I thought it would be.

Very easy to work with. He was readily available by his cellphone. He and an associate spent a morning putting covers on the gutters. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

David arrived precisely on time = a good start to a potential new business relationship. He quoted a price not to exceed $125. He noted a minor adjustment which would remedy a leak in one gutter and repaired it as part of the originally quoted price without extra cost.

David had cleaned the gutters several times a few years ago. Has always done excellent work with no mess. He has performed the work promptly after receiving my call. I will continue to use him for any work he does. Excellent.

David was very responsive and was very efficient with the installation. The gutter covers have worked perfectly and we no longer have any issues with items in our gutters. David has inspected the work in subsequent years and cleaned roof corners, etc. I also had David repair two downspouts that were damaged in some landscaping work. He performed that work promptly and efficiently. I have been impressed with David's work and the follow up he has provided.

David was very helpful and did an excellent job. He ended up coming back to check on everything a couple of times and also followed up with a call to assure our satisfaction. Very timely and competent service and product.

I had absolutely no problems with this company. I called David Hazen Inc. to get a bid to place gutter covers on my home. He got back to me very quickly. His bid was very reasonable as compared to some other companies. He had the gutter covers installed that same week. His crew was very professional and respectful of my and my home. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend David Hazen Inc. without hesitation.

Very unprofessional. They tore the gutters off and didn't come back to replace them for almost two and half weeks.

I have used this company every year for gutter cleaning. They do a nice job cleaning the gutters on my home. He always calls each year for a reminder.

The gutters are okay, but I can't believe it's taking so long. He's totally working through other people (not even subs) and he has no influence over them or their work. He just takes a percentage off the top.

Always a good job. Blew leaves from gutters on 1st and 2nd story, then blew leaves away from house so I could clean them up later (lots of leaves still on ground).

He called back the same day and he came the next day. He was quick, neat and did a great job.

David was polite and service oriented, but he uses subs for his gutter work. This created problems in getting the job done, the gutters were installed 4 weeks later than originally promised. There were problems in what was installed VS what was quoted. Not a lot of documentation on the quote. I was afraid I was going to be left out in the cold, trying to find another company to install gutters, at the last minute, in this environment in the marketplace. I would not recommend David for gutters because he uses subs.

David was prompt and was able to give a ball park estimate over the phone and time to start the job, he met his op ligation and communicated to me in advance of a delay due to a worker issue. The price was much cheaper then what he quoted over the phone. I am going to use him again next year.

They were fast and he was especially courteous regarding the length of time between his original bid and when the work was done. He had incurred a price increase that he did not pass on to me.

Due to a communication problem, they were at first slow to respond. Everything went smoothly after they finally responded. David is very customer oriented and professional.

I called to request an estimate for hail damage. He was timely in his response and provided an estimate for repairs. He referred me to someone else for the roof, since he only handles gutters. I will keep him in mind for future projects.

Job 1: Technician was efficient, courteous and got the job done fast. He noted on the invoice that 2 gutter segments were sagging and that they also perform this service. I am going to have them come back to do just that. I would be very comfortable recommending this company. They were busy, but don't you want to have work done by a busy company? It shows that they are in demand and that they do good work as reflected by the amount of work they are doing. We were able to use the 10 percent discount for first time Angie's list customers which was a plus. Job 2: The company specializes in gutter cleaning mainly, but we needed some work done to close a flashing gap. Since the job was not major, it was difficult finding a roofing expert due to the overload of hail damage claims. Since I had this company clean my gutters earlier this year, I took a look again at Angie's list specifications for this company and found that they also do minor roof repair. I was in luck!

I called David, he was very professional. He gave me a gutter cleaning quote over the phone. Then he came out to my house the next day and cleaned my gutters. He did a wonderful job. He was also nice enough to give me some tips on how to keep the water away from my foundation. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been so impressed with David. He has made the experiences, both times I have used him, wonderful. The price, I thought, was very fair. I asked him if it was possible to pay off in several payments, and he has done everything he could to accommodate my needs. He is very thorough about cleanup. You would never know anyone was here doing anything. I am impressed with his work and whole demeanor. He would keep me informed. It was a very easy, painless situation.

I had to call him back 3 times. I asked him to have it done by the fall. He kept telling me that he was going to come, but never did to get the work. I am very sorry that I had to put in a bad report, but he left me no choice.
