Promptly called responding to our email request for a quote. Gave the quote based on total square footage of the house, including basement (which I thought was a bit much). Quote was $325 - $400; the crew would confirm the final amount based on visual inspection. Of course, the bill was $400 with no explanation as to why it was the higher price. Did a good job cleaning the gutters; used buckets to minimize any mess; cleaned up totally; very pleased with this part. The estimator (over the phone) said the crew would do the job the following Monday - Wednesday, which was fine, but they didn't show. Someone called Thursday and asked if they could come the following week; they didn't want to come the scheduled week as, he said, they were getting some new equipment in that would help them deal with the steep pitched roof we have. I guess the new equipment was a rope: basically one guy squatted over the gutters to clean them while another guy sat on the roof peak and held him up with a rope. We were kind of expecting a spectacular job based on the other reports here; but, it wasn't any different that the work performed by another company we used last year, for half the price. Lastly, they left a bucket in the roof, hooked over a vent pipe. I called and left a message to have them come out and get it; they never showed and I had to do it myself (if I wanted to crawl around a steep roof, I would have cleaned the gutters myself). Nice people, did good work, over priced, not punctual and, not responsive with follow-up. We will use someone else next year.

Downspouts were backing up causing gutters to overflow creating indoor water leaks. Contacted Mrs. Hazen who scheduled work to be done the following Wednesday which was satisfactory. Crew arrived one day early which I appreciated since daily thunderstorms continued to cause water problems inside the house. Three workers were involved and successfully cleared debris to resolve all problems.

I talked on the phone with David Hazen, the company owner, who is very nice to deal with, and had very good explanations for all the questions I have. Then Harold (supervisor of gutter's job) visited the house, carefully checked the problems, and gave us an estimate. He described alternatives, pluses and minuses. The replacement of gutters and installation of covers was done very well, professional, neat and accurate. I asked them to check all the underground drains and they did it with no extra charge. All in all they've done an excellent job. I would certainly recommend them if you need a roofing work.

They installed them exactly how I wanted. They took the gutters down allowed the painters to finish then returned to install the new gutters.

They did what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it for. They were on time and they were professional and I would recommend them.

The experience went really well. He seemed to know what he was doing. I didn't know what roof boots were but he helped me learn. I think it went okay. I would use him again in the future. He is easy to work with. I made contact through email and he replied through email. I was surprised that without having met us he left us a bill and trusted us to pay it.

We were very satisfied with the work. He did a good job and cleaned up well when he left. He did charge us $25 more than the office had quoted but he did a quick and competent job. We would use him again.

It went very well. They were just on time, they were courteous, and they did everything that they were going to. Everything was cleaned up and taken away.

I sent an email one morning and had a call the same afternoon. The work was completed two days later. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves..wouldn't have known they were here if it weren't for the invoice left in the door. They resecured the nails on the gutters and also added brackets so that they will stay secure. Did a great job! We also asked for a quote for gutter covers, but Mr. Hazen was very honest with us that with the type of trees we have gutter covers wouldn't necessarily solve our problem so he suggested some alternatives. We will definitely give Mr. Hazen a call in the future if we have need for any of the services that his company provides and will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I called and they came out on time. I was suprised that they came as fast as they did. I would recommend them to anyone I come in contact with. I would also use them again.

I appreciated that they came when I was home, as requested, and they repaired a gutter that was falling off. The quoted price was accurate and reasonable.

Called David to get estimate on cleaning our gutters. Told them I didn't just want someone "blowing" stuff off of our roof and gutters (we live in a very heavily wooded area). I wanted someone to actual clean and unclog the gutters. Received a call from his office. After several questions, I was told that they don't do THAT type of cleaning (i.e., remove the screens on the gutters) and was given a telephone number of someone else to call. I was very disappointed as I had checked Angie's List and read several reports. It seemed to me David was the right person for the job, but that was not the case.

Everything went well. They stuck with their reasonable estimate and even did a little extra work on some gutters we had overlooked - at no extra charge!

We had a lot of debris from the storms this past month. There were broken limbs and leaves on the roof and in the gutters. I called and someone came the scheduled day and did an excellent job. The person who came to do the work was very professional and I was pleased with the job he did. Price I was quoted was the price I paid.

They had it done in no time. I didn't actually see them do the work, but there were no messes and they even cleaned up the seeds on my deck and patio.

David Hazen was prompt and courteous. He got on the roof and checked all gutters for clogs. I was not on his schedule that day for cleaning, but only for an estimate. Once he was up on the roof, he found that only the front gutters were clogged, so he cleaned them, and I was thrilled because heavy rain was expected the next day. He has done work here before, and I have found him to be polite and honest.

He is very professional and on time. The jobs were completed in a timely manner.

David is excellent. We are in a very wooded area, he has helped us keep our gutters clean and flowing. He has spotted potential problems and has advised us without pressure nor insistence.

I called this company to request an estimate for gutter cleaning and installation of gutter screen covers. I was told that they would only give me an estimate for gutter cleaning over the phone and then when they came out to do the work they would give me the estimate for covers. I didn't understand how they could give me a quote over the phone without seeing the house and gutters, and was told that they could give a price range for the estimate and then when the guy finished doing the work he would tell me how much it was. This process didn't make any sense to me, especially having to come out twice to do the work (cleaning and then installing the covers later), so I chose to use a different company for this work.

He's very good. He's prompt and professional. He'll call you back every season to see if you want your gutters cleaned again. He alerted us to a problem with our roof that we are still checking into. That will probably save us from having a catastrophe with our roof. His pricing is very reasonable. We have been very happy with him.
