They are upfront with all costs and were out the next day to perform the work. I also had them run a new pipe from my gutter, which was leaking under my deck. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

They gave me an estimate over the phone and said they could be out in the next three days. They were out the next day. They cleaned out very clogged gutters. They left one corner alone because there was a bird's nest with a baby bird and egg still in it. They promised to come back and get that cleaned up after the birds had chance to leave the nest. They noted some water damage from the clogged gutters and provided an estimate for that work. They cleaned up everything. The cost was within the estimate range. I would use them again.

We needed our gutters cleaned out and the outside of our windows cleaned. After we contacted this company we noticed a piece of siding from the side of the house, extremely high up had blown off. We requested the company try to re-attach the siding while they were there performing other services. All requested services were completed and they did a good job. We had some scheduling problems due to the weather but I would recommend this company and I would use them again.

The work was very good, and I am very happy with it. I would recommend them if someone were looking for gutter work to be done. The people who came were very nice. They did a good job.

Excellent. When I asked, they described the condition of the gutters and suggested that it would be good if we had some repair work done. They did not pressure me in any way and said that we can "get by" fine with the way that it is, but that we might prevent damage to the home in the future, if we had some repairs done. They gave me a price for the repairs and said that I could call them anytime, if I decided to go ahead with the work.

I called their number and quickly received a return call. They asked a few questions over the phone and gave me an estimate of $125-$150 for my 1,500 sq.ft. house. This was on a Friday and they said someone would be out by the following Wednesday. They came on Wednesday while I was at work. My only disappointment is that the gunk they cleaned out of my backyard gutter was left on the lawn.

We have a 2-story home and don't have a ladder tall enough to reach the gutters. Gutters/downspouts on the backside of the house were clogged and overflowed during rainstorms. I contacted the company on a Monday. The person I talked to asked specific information about our house inorder to give me an estimate. Once I agreed to have the work done, she indicated the crew would be out in 2-3 days. On Thursday a crew of 3 came out, cleaned out the gutters, removed obstructions from 2 downspouts and cleaned up any remaining debris on the deck and driveway. I should point out it rained on Thursday night, and the gutters worked perfectly as intended. The crew was aware of the rain in the forecast and made it a point to complete the job before it arrived.

After observing the gutters running over during the rain last weekend, I contacted this company after I researched them on Angieslist.com. I asked to be present when they did the work, so I was contacted the evening before. They performed as an A rated company should by clearing all gutters and downspouts of debris and blowing the debris from the walkways, both decks, and driveway. The good news is they will do leaf removal this fall. I have asked to be on their repeat business list. With the Angie's List discount, the job was $180 which is a great price for the size of our house.

I greatly appreciated Dave's timely response and honesty about the services he could not perform. This is the kind of company I would work with in the future.

I noticed after a big rain that our gutters were clogged badly. I called David Hazen Inc. that afternoon and someone called me back within 24 hours. They came out to my house the next day and cleaned the gutters. They were courteous and did a good job. My baby was sleeping and they tried to be as quiet as possible, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company for gutter cleaning!

I contacted David and and asked for an estimate to have my gutters cleaned. Within a day he had provided me with and estimate. Two days later my gutters were cleaned. David even worked my job into their busy schedule. His crew did a great job cleaning the gutters and they cleaned up all the debris from the gutters. They even made sure my driveway and deck were cleaned of any debris that had fallen out of the gutters during their cleaning process. I thought the price was fair because our gutters had a lot of debris and gutter screens had to be removed. David also provided me with the adjusted cost without the screens to clean my gutters this upcoming fall. I will definitely call David again to clean my gu tters and have already discussed with him a few other odds and ends I need his crew to complete for me this summer. I recommed David to anyone that needs their gutters cleaned. Just an added note: They even brought my trash bin back up to the garage after the trash was picked up-very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Excellent! David's team showed up when they said they would - despite the fact that the weather was absolutely horrid! They took great care to make sure they didn't leave any muck on the side of the house and to not dent my new gutters!

He was great, I called on a warmer day and he said he'd get to me as soon as possible. He wasn't able to get to me that day but the next warm day he called and said he'd be out to clean that day. I will be using him again in the future. His price was very reasonable.

David's overriding goal is customer service. When I first engaged this company last spring, David asked me if I wanted to be put on the "automatic" list for fall cleaning also. I was very pleased with the initial results, so I agreed. As the weeks passed late this fall, I began to wonder what had happened to the automatic arrangement. Upon calling David about this, I found him to be most accommodating and apologetic. The relatively mild fall months and the late falling of the leaves (added to some intermittent hard frosts) had put him a bit off schedule, he explained. He assured me that I was on his list, and that he would be out even the next day, if need be. I told him this was not necessary. As it was though, his crew came out within a matter of days and efficiently cleared what seemed to be gutters that were too frosty to take on. They worked hard! Dave is great and my experience thus far has been that his employees are likewise great. The price noted includes a 10% Angie's List discount.

I called the office and the woman who answered was professional and friendly. They were able to schedule the work quickly and they came in the time frame agreed on. They left a bill and a business card on a plastic sleeve and a suggestion that I get gutter covers. They explained the cost to me and that they gave a thorough and comprehensive cleaning.

As in the past, David Hazen did an excellent job. This was a tough year due to late fall of leaves followed by lengthy freezes. We appreciated his determination to get to his customers as soon as the weather permitted. In our case, it was Christmas Eve!

We are very happy with their work. We have considered installing gutter guards, but have concluded it's cheaper to pay for annual cleaning than to install guards, given the length of time we are likely to be in our house.

I had no trouble getting in touch with them initially to set the appointment. They were on time and did what they promised. The work performed was as represented.

Called Monday, they showed up on Tuesday. They did a wonderful job cleaning the gutters. They blew off our roof and also blew out our underground drains. David was very professional. You can tell he knows what he is doing.

I arranged the service over the phone (rather than getting an estimate). The next day I found out my husband had also arranged for gutter-cleaning so I phoned and canceled. They didn't get the message, but they came before the other company so we went ahead with them. I was not pleased with the timing, as a light rain was falling. They did seem to get all the leaves but because they were damp more leaf debris stuck to the windows and blew under the garage door. It also cost more than I expected. We had had the roof and gutters cleaned in August, so it was really not a large quantity, nor did they need to remove the gutter screens.
