No show for a house repair estimate on Friday, my day off. No call, nothing. I understand busy: I don?t understand the blatant lack of a simple courtesy call. The estimator appeared the following Monday mid-morning. This time there apparently had been a short-notice message left but, with the demands of my home office, fielding calls is rarely an option. I didn?t know he was coming, nor would I have had time to spare while on the job if I did. I was in the middle of conferencing when Duane showed up to give the estimate. Only thoughtlessness assumes the customer is free to accommodate on demand. I said, ?no, this is no way to do business.? The response was, ?That?s fine, I didn?t want the job anyway.? Unbelievable. I wasted Friday, my day off, at home; and Monday, I?m at their whim when I?m swamped? I don?t think so. Then they are insulting. I vehemently expressed my dissatisfaction, and so did the estimator in retort. If you want unreliable, inconsiderate, arrogant, and rude behavior, David Hazen?s firm is the one for you. Spectacular folks. Masters at aggravation.

He did a good job. I chose him because he was so highly rated. I never actually met him, he came out and did the work and left me a bill. I wasn't here, but I think he finished the job in a timely manner.

I liked working with David and his crew. David was responsive and the crew was very polite. I could not get any other companies to come out and give me an estimate so I have nothing to compare the price too, but I thought that it was reasonable. I would use them again. I was very pleased with their work.

Discussed gutter cleaning over the phone with David Hazen. He was able to give me a phone estimate based on the home's square footage and a computer image. During our conversation, he gave me a time estimate for when the work would be done. The morning the gutters were cleaned, Mr. Hazen called me to report that three roof tiles needed to be replaced. He coordinated with our realtor to get into the garage to obtain the tiles and replaced them the same day. He answered all of my questions in a thorough & professional manner. Our house is for sale and we are living in another State, so it was very helpful that he was able to take care of the job without our being there. I would defintely recommend him.

He always does a great job, and is very responsive. The prices may not be the cheapest, but he is insured and bonded, which I appreciate. He always cleans up very thoroughly. I know he is going to do the job well and be professional, and I will continue to use them.

The price was reasonable and all work was done well and at an agreed upon time.

They couldn't actually do what needed to be done. They also told us that they couldn't do the job which was really fair. The job was beyond their scope of what they could do. They were very honest by telling that they couldn't do the work.

Their quote was the best and they have done well. The only thing that was a little bit of an issue was that during the course of the work they would drop some things into the flower bed but when I asked them to address it they did. They were very interested in trying to make it right.

The work had turned out very well. They listened really well and cooperated really well with us. They were able to repair roof damage from an extensive remodeling work done earlier without bringing anybody else.

The job went fine, and there were no problems with it. I liked his responsiveness in coming out and doing the job for me. I am satisfied with his work.

He did a perfect job! It was a small amount of work that they had to do. It took one guy all day to do it, and it only cost $250.00. He did an excellent job! He is over and above professional!

There was a shortage in the gutter material, due to some hail damage work that they had been doing. It took them a while to order the material, however they made good on their promise to come back out when the materials arrived. They came right back out and hung the gutters.

Our daughter dealt with them. She didn't complain about them which mean that she was happy with their services. They came when they were supposed to. They were professional and they cleaned up after themselves.

He was responsive and punctual. His pricing was reasonable as well and I was satisfied with his service.

David's crew did a great job making these repairs. They were prompt and left the work site clean. I especially appreciate the mailbox post. This item has to be custom made to comform with the other mailbox posts in the neighborhood. Several of the mailbox providers were unwilling to do this job because it was difficult to get the material. Dave's crew replaced the post and did an excellent job. Dave is my "go to" guy for home repairs.

The downspout is very underneath the ground, and he did a very good job with that. I had to leave a message, and they called back within a reasonable time. The timeline that he gave me when the men would be here was fine. They were 10 minutes later than what they said. All in all, I was very satisfied.

I was pleased with them. I called them and they called the next day and someone was out in a day or two after that to take a look and found where the problem was. They told me when they might be able to come and take care of things and were here within that time limit. They took care of everything in a day and cleaned up well.

It was a good experience. They were prompt and gave me an estimate right away. They came sooner than expected to do the job. It only took them one afternoon and they did a nice job. I thought the price was good.
