Duane & partner came, gave estimate, and returned 2 days later to repair. Took everything down, fixed, & repaired it all. Painted where necessary, and cleaned up everything. Came back twice to finish painting since weather was too damp, rainy etc. Did an excellent job--said if any further problems in 3-10 yrs ahead, just call them back! They guarantee their work. I thought price was a little high, but afterwards worth it. They were prompt, professional, and good workmen.

He turned out to be about $50.00 more expensive than other service providers in his area, so I wound up going with someone.

He keeps us on his list and usually comes out and does it automatically. This last time, he forgot about us but he gave us a discount because of that. He is a very nice gentleman and he does good work for us. He explained what happened this last time and why we fell off the list so I don?t hold it against him. He shows up when he says he is going to and we don?t usually need to be home because he just comes and does it. I don?t even know that they are here unless I look in the gutters and see that they are empty.

It was all very smooth. I called them and made an appointment at the appropriate time. He came out and cleaned the gutters. Because of the weather, he couldn't come back and do the repairs until the weather improved. It was a very smooth transaction, and he's a very nice guy.

I thought they did a nice job but I heard so much swearing and cussing that it made me nervous. They had a hard time getting the old one off and I?m glad they didn?t take it out on me!

I like them a lot. They put all the gutters in my house. They have done a lot of things in my house so far. They do an excellent job. They are very professional and very responsive. They are great. The person once called me from outside the country when he was on a holiday to check if I was happy with their service. That shows the quality of their service.

We have a bid to do some gutter work, some flashing up on the soffit and a couple of shingle repairs, but they clean a good gutter. That's about all they have done so far. They wanted to make sure that everything was down so that we wouldn't have to call them again. That was pretty courteous of them. They did a good job and charged what they said they would charge. The job was done in one day. They told us of some repairs that we would need and asked us to check it out. We talked to other people and we did need to get the work done. We thought we would have them do it, but we are yet to get that done. As far as the gutters go, they did what they said they were going to do. As far as I know, they came at the appointed time. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. They brought our attention to possible problems. They told us not to take their word for it and check it out for ourselves, and if we wanted them to do the work, they would be happy to do it. The experience was low pressure to no pressure and they had a very dependable but very professional attitude. The price was satisfactory. I would definitely hire them again.

David is very honest, punctual, and attentive. He is a very thorough communicator. David did a very good job.

He was good. He came out in a timely basis and did a really efficient job. It was all good and relatively uneventful. I don't really remember it, which is a good thing.

I had a look on all the reports; they had some pretty good reports on the Angie's List website and we went with them because of that. I don't think it was because of the price but because of the quality and service. It's not always the cheapest but you want somebody to come out and do the job right. We actually had to have them come back out as we had the gutters come out loose in the house. A guy from David Hazen Inc came out within two hours and fixed it and didn't charge anything for it. That was amazing. I was very happy with that response. He also said he would like to come out in the spring to double check and make sure that it's staying secured. That was way above and beyond. I was going to pay for it as I was afraid it was long enough after it had been installed. It was way beyond the amount of time I would expect under the warranty. The price we paid was good. The installation as well as the follow up was superb. I wish everybody was that good. He came immediately and I was probably more inspired by his follow up than the original installation. I wish the conscientiousness was infectious to other companies too. I was very impressed with the way he responded to the problem.

He is very good. He is very efficient. He always leaves messages to make sure we know that he was coming. He invites us to call back if there are any questions. I really like what they have done. They have done a few extra things for us when we have needed it. Once, when the guys were out here, I pointed out to them a couple of tree branches that were about to fall and asked if they could remove them. They got me a price right then. They talked to him and figured out what the price would be. It was very reasonable. So they went ahead and did that. I just appreciated how efficient they were. They didn't make a big deal about it and were ready to go. I did shop around for prices and he definitely looked like the most reasonable. There was just a little bit of debris left on the ground after they were done. They are always here right when they say they will be. We are on his list for him to do the job every spring and fall.

I wanted to make sure that my roof was done properly. I had a hard time finding some one who would just do a roof and gutter inspection. He agreed to do this at a reasonable price. There were a couple of minor things (downspout strainers, roof flashing) that needed to be done. He gave me a very reasonable price of $94 to make these repairs. He was a very nice trustworthy guy. He gave me the option of making these repairs, and told me while it would be better for the roof it was not totally necessary. Some one that worked for him came out three days later to make these two repairs. He didn't pressure me at all to do this, but he offered it if I wanted it, which I did. He reassured me that my roof had been done properly.

They were excellent. They were very professional and nice, too.

I'm very pleased with the service I received, from the original cleaning to the repairs and leaf guard installation. The repairs and guard installation was controlled by the weather. But at least everything was done before the 2/5/10 snow.

I was originally checking for some other things on roofing and it turned out that I had some issues that were bigger than some of the companies I had asked about. I might have to replace my whole roof at some point. I talked with David Hazen about that. They are going to be able to come back. They know what they have already done. They won't have to re-rip that up. They can take it up from where they started if we have to redo the whole roof. They had good feedback from everybody else that had used them. I did get other estimates, but it progressed on from the job so I didn't pursue it. I usually get 2 or 3 estimates when I look at them before I do something and everybody was around the same price actually. I haven't had any problems, but I need to get up to the attic and see if there are any leaks. My attic is a little tough to get to. It's a small area and it's not functional, so I don't really ever go up there. As far as I know, everything is fine. I am going to have them back to do the roofing work.

It went very well. The price was very reasonable compared to everything else that we got. It was the lowest of all the quotes that we got.

He was kind of slow in responding. I understood the reasons for that. He responded fairly quickly, but then he had to reschedule and it was not necessarily a totally good explanation for that but then he got the job done. I think the job was done satisfactorily. He was very pleasant. He was very expensive.

It took him 45 minutes to do the job. The workman said he would send someone out with a bill at a later time. I never got the bill and 2 months later I got a bill stating this was a second notice. I did pay it at that time and I was pleased with his work. I would use them again.

I called David because of a concern raised by potential buyers of my home about drainage. Despite a busy schedule and poor weather conditions, he sent someone out the same day to check on the issue of concern and communicated back to me the same day. A few days later, he sent someone (per my request) to clean the gutters of a rental property that I own. It was very reassuring to know that these issues were being well taken care of since I'm now living in another state. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have used their service before and they do a top quality work and they are good people to do business with.

He was on time and did a good job. He communicated well and the quality of his work was good. When the rain came down, the gutters flowed fine.

I requested a quote online while providing the square footage and number of levels on my home. This company was very prompt with its quote. I was pleased with the service. They said it would be completed by the end of the week after my call on Monday. Although there was some problem with an employee illness, they called and said they would be out next week. However, right after they phoned us they called back and said someone would be out that afternoon. Yes, I would recommend and would use them again. Very easy process.

They set up an appointment, showed up and left an invoice for me. It was great and very easy.
