Second time we've used this service. David was prompt and professional in his response to our request for service, and was able to provide an initial cost projection by telephone. I feel confident the cleaning was completed thoroughly. Gutter that was out of slope was rehung without need to replace -- again, confident that it was addressed professionally, without attempting to oversell to a replacement. Very reasonably priced.

I am very pleased with the service provided. Our gutters were clogged and my husband couldn't get the leaves out. I called Mr. Hazen and we talked about cleaning the leaves out and installing leaf covers. The price was quoted was very reasonable. We also talked about having the gutter covers installed after we get a new roof - no point in installing gutter covers when the roofers would end up tearing them off while installing a new roof. My husband and I decided to wait on installing the covers until we did the roof. In the mean while, Mr. Hazen will come out twice a year (in the spring and after the leaves fall in the fall) to clean the gutters out. Mr Hazen's employee came out the very next day to clean out our gutters. As it worked out, I wasn't home. It was a very pleasant surprise to see the gutters clean as I pulled into the driveway. I found a bill and samples of gutter covers waiting for me in my mailbox. When we have our new roof installed, I'll be calling Mr. Hazen to install those gutter covers. Great job!

This is my second year to use them and I was very happy with their work. Gutter cleaning can be a messy job (I had a small forest of maple seedlings sprouting) but not only do they keep the area clean and dispose of any gunk, they also left my sidewalk and driveway cleaner than before they arrived. I also had them repair a damaged downspout, and they made sure the new one would stay anchored so that the dogs don't knock it loose again. They also reattached one that was coming loose from the brick, and recommended a better way to route the water from one downspout that runs through a front flowerbed. I was very happy with the work, and we've had a couple of torrential downpours since then and the water all goes where it should now. They did have to reschedule, due to all the bad weather we were having, but they gave me plenty of advance notice and went out of their way to re-schedule for a time that would be convenient for me. I'll definitely use them again!

Overall, it went well. The price was good and the job was done well.

fine, they call us a month or so ahead to allow us to cancel the service and to let us know when they expect to be out to the house. they call again about a week ahead to let us know we are on that week's schedule. we have used this service for the last few years.

Called and had estimate of work within 2-3 days. Worker arrived as promised and worked hard all day. He noticed that shingles were cut too short at one point and that the rain water was seeping on the inside of the gutter and rotting the wood. He proposed a solution and installed it a couple of weeks later. Worker was very professional and work was done well. I would definitely use their services again.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and they were very prompt ? they came to do the estimate the day after I called them. I could have excused the project manager stepping repeatedly on my peonies since they were barely showing above ground (although if I saw a free-standing mulched bed I might have been more careful where I walked), but he also took call after call on his cell while he was here and it took me a week to get the estimate, which was high compared to the others. I ultimately went with a company that handed me an estimate before they left the premises.

Very well. We called them late in the afternoon about a roof leak and David called back the same day, and scheduled inspection for the following day, work was completed that same week on a Friday.

They did a fine job. I would use them again in the future if needed.

David hazen's teamed showed up on Thursday, April 29 and looked at the job and said they would have to come back the next day, April 30, because they could not complete the job in the time they had left that day. On the 30th they showe up at 8:00 am and said the would honor the quote that was given even though there was more work involved than originally anticipated. They started right in romoving the gutter screens, cleaning the gutters and reinstalling the screens. It took them until 11:30 to finish the job, but they did a great job.

Mr. Hazen?s project manager helped us get full coverage from our insurance company. He quoted us a competitive price for the work and visited the job site frequently. The workers were easy to communicate with and their workmanship was very good. We would hire this company again and would recommend them to other homeowners.

I was extrememely pleased at how quickly and easily they were installed. They also thought I was making a mistake in color and came back with a bigger color sample so I could see. They were right, I had picked the wrong color. I was so happy they changed my mind.

They came out within 48 hours. I had authorized the repair to happen if it was within estimate. They completed the repair perfectly without us having to be at home. Per my request, they also inspected roof/gutters and found an area of flashing that was allowing water to get in between the roof and the brick. They took a picture of the problem, e-mailed us, and gave us a quote. We were able to follow-up and have this fixed within a few days of our return call. We were very happy with the professionalism and service.

Overall - They started on time and and finished on time. Duane and Boyd are sticklers to detail and came to review the progress of the porject every day. The crews picked up at the end of each day. At the end of the job they inspected the premises for waste and debri and completely had it all removed. I was interested in going thru the winter months before writing this to see how my energy performance improved and I must say I was amazed at the energy savings. I stronly recommend David Hazen and I have provided them with before and after pictures for protential customer review.
