Other then the rain delays everything went has planned, We appreciated their help helping us choose colors for our home, Before painting the entire house They painted a few samples areas to see what we liked best. Re-routed our drain pipes , and caulked a leaky skylight

Jason worked with us to see if we could repair window without replacing (other companies were quick to just replace without knowing cause of the problem.) While windows need to be replaced, we appreciated how thorough he was in trying to determine the problem. Repairman that was initially out was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Office staff has been quick to respond and very courteous on the phone.

Work was completed on dates scheduled. There was an issue with workers scratching fan blades and they were replaced at no charge. Some touch up painting was required and it was done quickly.

They responded to my both my quote and repair quickly. Professional manner. Guy even took pics after removeing a few old shingles to show that builder did not put down an underlayment first. This will come in handy when I call builder. We would definitely use David Haven Group again.

The David Hazen Group has done a variety of work for us: roof repair, flashing, siding, gutter cleaning, painting, and most recently a new chimney cap. They've always done great work, are easy to work with, and are honest about what needs repair and what doesn't.

When we noticed a problem with the gutter, they responded very quickly and made it right.
