They did the job in the time frame they had promised. They also replaced some rotted wood as well. Communicated with us during the job on questions that occurred. We had used them for gutter cleaning before and always did a good job at a fair price for that service as well. We highly recommend them.

David Hazen Group is great! The quality of their work is excellent and costs are reasonable. Everyone was professional, informative, skilled, and just nice people. We have already requested estimates for more projects.

Terrible experience. We moved into a new home in late fall and wanted to be sure our gutters had been cleaned. The David Hazen Group sent a crew, charged us $200, and was sure to recommend that we have all new gutters installed. They failed to inform us that the home had gutter guards and fully functioning gutters. They took another $200 in the spring for a second "gutter cleaning." We had asked for quotes for chimney repair and roofing from this group as well. Having compared their quotes to another reputable group, we found that their quotes were thousands more. That contractor informed us that we had gutter guards and should not have need professional gutter cleaning. This group should be avoided.

Very well! The manager of the project checked to make sure the job was done correctly and in a timely manner. The workers were professional and they cleaned up all debris each day.

Very professional company. A group of 3 guys came to the house and cleaned our gutters and cleaned up any rogue debris. Signed up to have them come out every spring and fall for cleaning.

Each time I had asked to be notified when coming to house, that was not done. I had questions I wanted to ask. Otherwise, good job, good company, pleased.

Always goes well. I especially need the service for 2nd floor gutters that I can’t reach. I always use them in fall and also this spring. They also put in new gutter one year over front porch. The initial install wasn’t totally perfect but they promptly came out to make adjustments to get it right.

The job was done on a Saturday morning. The communication with Hazen was great and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. I've used Hazen for jobs all around my house and they've always done a good job. Their prices are competitive but not cheap, but they are worth every penny. There has rarely been a problem with their work, and when there was they fixed it.

Excellent job. The Chimney was black and discolored. The white brick is now clean and matches the rest of the house. I have used the Hazen Group multiple times over the past 20 years, and they always do a great job!!

Each employee was on time, very polite and kept their work clean. Our gutters were overflowing as we just purchased the home and there was quite a bit of accumulation. The exterior woodwork was also done quickly and looks great. We received itemized estimates for full transparency in pricing and they have officially become my go-to company whenever we need anything in the future.

They were able to fit me in quickly and they did a phenomenal job cleaning our the gutters that were 20+ feet high. They also gave me a condition report since I don't see the gutters that high. I will have them doing my gutters regularly.

Excellent! First, with my stepdaughter’s upcoming wedding and out of town family attending, I let Duane know that I needed the work done by a specific date. He provided a reasonable estimate for all of the work. Based on my previous experiences with the David Hazen Group, I knew the work would be done well and on time. Although I already had high expectations for the work quality, they still exceeded them. All of the half dozen employees, who worked on my home, were professional, courteous, and spent the time to deliver quality work on time. I have now used this company on three projects ranging from $13,500 to $37,000 and will continue to make them my first choice.

My step-daughter recently purchased a house and encountered some unexpected issues. Since the David Hazen Group had previously satisfactorily replaced the roof on my own house, I called them. Duane came out and inspected all of the suspected problem areas and offered both short term and long term solutions. After discussing the pros and cons of each, we agreed on the above work. They replaced the roof with 30 year shingle warranty and installed new gutters. They completed the work in a timely manner and it looks very good.

We hired David Hazen Group to replace our roof and gutters, install new windows and repair some woodwork. We would highly recommend them, from our first contact with the ladies in the office to the job being completed the communication was great. Jason was our project manager and did an excellent job, keeping us updated and scheduling the work very efficiently. The carpenters did great work, paying attention to detail as did the roofers. All the workers cleaned up at the end of each day leaving the job site tidy.

Everything was excellent! From meeting with Greg to define and obtain my proposal, to communication with Emily, Chuck in production and final work done by Shane - could not have asked for better service anywhere. The entire process was professional. The carpentry work was meticulous and well done. Shane caulked, painted and removed woodpecker deterrents from chimney - his work was outstanding. I appreciate that he stayed to complete the job while the daylight was fading quickly.

Greg came out, looked at the problem, came up with a solution at a reasonable price. Then there was a long hiatus, partly travel related, but mostly because the Hazen Office is very bureaucratic. I finally had to send a reminder that work was pending. Dustin and Dave of the Hazen Group were polite and helpful. There had been some issues in getting the work started (office related, the office, for example, sent me a bill for work done, when it had not been, but they apologized and took the next opportunity to actually do it, two days later.), but once they were there, they did an excellent job (I think). As an extra, since it was just a one person sort of job, while Dustin did the actual gutter and gutter board work, Dave whiled away the time with the leaf blower, both on the ground and up on the roof itself. That is something I normally do myself, but the leaves are wet and my electric blower was not up to them. I am VERY pleased with my experience. Hazen sent a corrected invoice and I paid that afternoon by phone (Hazen on-site employees do not do paperwork or take money, it all goes through the office).

Great! We are on the list to have our gutters cleaned after the leaves fall. Everything was cleaned up afterward.
