Great! They do a great job and the price is excellent.

David fixed everything. He a collar to the chimney, found a leak under my shingles, fixed and replaced those shingles and modified the gutter and the screening so it would no longer go down the front of my cedar shingles. All went well and haven't had problems since.

Extremely disappointed in how this business is run, not to mention, shady practices and dishonesty from at least three employees, including office personnel. Based upon their Angie's List Super Service Award, I assumed I would be in good hands, which, of course turned out not to be. Upon initial call, I was quoted $250 to fix about 25-30 feet of gutter that had broken away from the front, 2nd Story roof. She said I would have to agree to the $250 upfront, before they even looked at the project, but the way that was worded made it sound that the repair may not amount to that much. Well it did, of course. And here is where it started; I asked the repairman how my remaining gutters were, and if there were any other issues, which he responded that the rest of my gutters were fine, but I needed two new pipe boots on the roof, and he could put inform the 'scheduler' to get us on the schedule to repair these; I said that would be fine. No mention of, or pictures taken of, any other sections of gutters needing repair. Okay, then comes the gutter cleaning about 10 days later. They cleaned the gutter, and left the invoice on the front door. No indication of any issues. I called in later and paid over the phone, and was told that I was on the schedule for roof pipe boot repair; again, no mention of gutter repair needed. This cost $130 in total, an that was with a coupon...should have shopped around, as I noticed that there are deals out there for under $100 here on Angie's List. About 3 weeks later, the repairmen arrived, and completed work on the pipe boots...and here is the reason I'm not grading this an "F"...he took time to explain that we had incorrect boots for the pipe material (copper), so he installed the correct boots, which I am grateful...and yes, this was another $250. He then shows me pictures of repairs needed on the 2nd story back gutter, which of course, was just fine, as far as I knew, because I asked after the first repair, which they told me about the pipe boots...why not the gutter repair...I think you readers of this know...they could have offered to fix it...but no...there was no issue. Awfully convenient that I am now $630 in to them already, and now they are fishing for more. I called almost a week ago, left a message to discuss, but no call back until I called, again a few hours ago, today. Then she calls back, and offers to have an estimate done for the gutters...she tells me that I was informed of the needed repairs verbally, AND on both invoices...it was on my invoice (I have proof, it isn't on any invoice that I have) that they noticed the problem when they were here the first time. Very shady business practices, and multiple dishonest employees. I just recently retired after nearly 24 years of honorable service in the Navy, and have never run across this utter level of dishonesty, and shadiness; not once in all that time my years of dealing with contractors, let alone, having repairs on other houses we've owned and rented. Just best to stay away and choose a different company, is my opinion. This last $250 check I'm going to send is making me sick... I'm sure they'll respond with saying this didn't happen, but the evidence is on my side...

It went great. They put in 110% effort. Only tiny complaint is that they need hire more help. I will use them again.

Very well. From the time I reached out to when the installation was complete, the communication was great. I had an inspection complete within 2 days of calling, and the install complete within 2 weeks. The price, quality of work, and professionalism would definitely warrant returning for more services if needed in the future.

The work done was excellent and timely. The crew was professional, did a great job, and left the place as found (except with new gutters!). They were prompt in quoting me a very reasonable price when I contacted them, and the work was started within a couple weeks of signing the quote. I would definitely recommend and I would use them again.

The bathroom looks wonderful! The design process was as easy as it could have possibly been, and the actual work was done quickly and professionally. I hired Hazen after they had done several small jobs around my house and I wasn't disappointed in their ability to take on a large project like a bathroom remodel. I've hired them again and I've recommended them to friends.

They always do great job cleaning our gutters - especially needed on 2nd story where I don't have access. They have also repaired gutter over our porch in past and did good work.

In the process of my routine gutter cleaning by David Hazen group, it was determined that there was a gutter problem in need of repair. I received a quote in the amount of $350.00 to which I responded on 2/26. Finally (more than a month later) on April 3rd the repair was done. The individual who did the repair was driving a truck with the name of a different company - so I assume David Hazen must sub this out which might be part of the problem. I was told by the individual doing the repair that there was an additional issue which would cost an additional $125. I then received an invoice that same day for $475 from David Hazen group with no note of apology or explanation of the discrepancy.
