Description of Work: Clenaed all the gutters around the house. 1st & second level. Great job. They were on time, on estimate and my gutters were cleaned as if new. They also provided an estimate for covers which I requested when calling for the gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: I have been paying to have my gutters cleaned twice a year at a total cost of approximately $300 annually. When the company I had been using closed, I found David through Angie's List and he and his team came out and did a fine job of removing the make-shift gutter screens, cleaning the gutters, and replacing the screens. I was quite pleased with their efforts and price was competitive. Upon learning that David's company also installs gutter covers, I asked him for a quote and he provided me with two options involving different styles of covers and met with me to carefully explain the pro's and con's of each design. I was very interested in his products as it didn't require me to totally replace the new gutters I had installed in 2006! His estimate was very competitive and after authorizing him to do the work, his team returned in mid-March and installed the covers. I am very pleased with both the product and workmanship. David's business sense reminds me a lot of the handyman types my Dad used to deal with in the 60's and 70's. A professional who is honest, hardworking and just wanting to do an honest day's work for and honest day's pay -- his word is his bond. The thing that impressed me was that David kept in constant contact with me, letting me know if there would be a delay and wanting to make sure that the delay created any inconvenience for me -- my sense was that if I had said that it did, he would have juggled his schedule and other projects in order to satisfy my timeline. I knew that with the icestorms, all the contractors I had contacted for estimates were quite busy and that many of their customers had repair needs that were more critical than mine, so the delays were fine with me -- because David took the time to keep me informed. I'd recommend David without hesitation.

Description of Work: I called the company on Wednesday. I was told that it would be one or two weeks before they could come out. On Friday, I received a voicemail message that they were in my area. I didn't receive it, but they called again on Saturday and said they were in my neighborhood. Quick, affordable and very honest with us. Would definitely call them in another 6 years to have my gutters cleaned!

The office did not seem to handle scheduling, etc. and had me call the cell phone of Harold who did our estimate. This cell number immediately went to voicemail where there was a message regarding a home for sale. Called office again and was told gutters would be done in one week. Never done. Finally spoke with Harold, he told me the gutter would be done by the end of the week and that was 3 weeks ago. Never contacted us again.

Description of Work: This was a great experience. I called David and explained the situation that I was really worried because of the amount of water that was overflowing the gutters. I was surprised when he told me he would come out the same day. I accepted his bid, he came out did a wonderful job and also re-nailed a loose shingle for me.
