Description of Work: I called and spoke with a person. He said another would call to set an appointment to give an estimate. No one called. I called again, spoke with the same person and was subsequently called by the person who was to give an estimate. We agreed he would come out the following Friday afternoon. I stayed home on Friday but he never called or showed up. I can only assume they don't need my business and will look for another company.

Description of Work: We had the David Hazen group come to clean gutters and they did it very well on both the house and garage gutters. While they were here, they noticed that the house's gutters needed some additional support. We also had them do that job, and places that were having "run-off" during a heavy rain, are no longer doing so. We would recommend them to others!

Description of Work: I asked Dwayne for an estemate on replacing some rotted wood on the outside trim on my house, gutter replacement, and painting for all the outside trim. Some screen repair and replacement of cement steps on the front porch. While he was here he took several work calls while we were talking. When we had walked around the house and I showed him what all needed to be done he said he would continue without me and get an estimate to me. I noticed him talking on his phone in the driveway for a long time. He did spend quite a bit of time walking around my house. However, that was in early November. I still do not have an estimate. In fact I have not heard back from them at all. He did say he would most likely not get to painting my house until Spring. I said okay as long as he could replace the wod in two places where I had a woodpecker attacking my siding. I also needed his estimate so I could make a decision on what all I could do. He said that would be fine. Again, never heard back! I joined Angies list for this project specifically. I spent the $ to join hoping to get quality companies to work with. I am so far very disappointed.

Description of Work: I called the David Hazen Group on November 12th to have an estimate done to replace the exterior wood trim of my house. I was told a project manager would call me in a few days...that never happened. I called back on November 26th because I still had not heard back. I was told a PM would call me the next day...he didn't call until November 28th. He was supposed to come out on November 29th at 5, but didn't make it because he was stuck in traffic...didn't bother to cancel until 545. He was supposed to be here this morning December 1st at 9am, but still has yet to show or call. Overall terrible professionalism.

Description of Work: I've used this company for several years to clean gutters. Recently I had to have a gutter repaired that had fallen in a storm. The quote was less than another company, service was timely, quality of work was good.

Description of Work: We have used this group at least 3 times, and maybe more for gutter cleaning. They are great. I wish they did everything that I even needed done. They do quality work, are professional, give a detailed estimate, arrive on time, complete the work on time, and all of the workers are polite. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again. This time they installed a new window, sided our greenhouse, moved several pipes, and painted the inside of the greenhouse. Before they have put on a new roof, sided with Hardee siding, fixed the chiminey, painted the exterior trim, and cleaned the gutters on several occasions. A++

Description of Work: They replaced some tile on the roof and they did work on the downspout so we would have less ice cycles hanging over the porch.

Description of Work: First came out and did some repair on roof where there had been a leak. Did good work and no problems. Cleaned up well and took pics to see the damage. Explained what they did. Came in a timely manner and worked well. Friendly courteous workers. Second time they came out there was a separate issue on deck with window. They were responsive to coming out in a timely manner. Seemed thorough. However, they did not clean the deck after they were finished the first day, but it was going to storm so that had an effect. They also did not paint the under the deck part but when contacted, they came back out and did the work with no problem. The quality did not seem to be quite the same for the second service but was still good.

This last time the only reason I knew they were there was because my front porch and sidewalk were spotless(hardly the way I left it!) when I came home from work one day. I have been on their schedule for every six months for a couple of years. They come when the last leaf has fallen in the fall, and when the fuzzies are down from the maples in the spring.

Description of Work: It took a week for them to return call....was told I would be contacted in a couple of days to schedule a visit to do estimate...no contact for over a week...how could I trust this guy with anything....

Description of Work: They removed two layers of roofing around my chimney and installed a high performance ice and water shield. They installed build up layers and new shingles along with counter flashing. They also removed the old chimney case and installed a new stainless steel chimney chase cover.
