Description of Work: Last Fall around Sept-Oct. They installed new gutters on the house and two French drains.

I can't speak for the quality of their work, but probably wouldn't use them because of their responsiveness to the initial request.

Description of Work: Disappointing. It took 4 calls and left messages to get a return call. Finally we were able to talk with a scheduler for an inspection and quote. The scheduler said that whomever came to do the quote would have the tools, equipment and time to fix it right then....which was the reason given for why it would be so many days before the appointment. The person scheduled to come out was 45 minutes late. After a super quick, very hasty appraisal he speculated on what the cause of the leak was, indicating it was a very small, easy fix. He didn't give an estimate on the spot, indicating that he'd work up the numbers and email a quote within the week. And that it would be a least 3 weeks until they could schedule the work. Disappointing all around. Hard to get through to a real person. Late to appointment. Misleading. Didn't treat the job as anything important to them. Didn't show up with the tools and time to fix it, despite the words of scheduler. He did provide a quote several days later, though the $$$$ was absurdly high for what he described as a 'quick, easy fix.' Will never contact again.

Description of Work: The David Hazen Group was the only contractor that actually pin pointed all the areas that were allowing water into our basement and fireplace. They were able to determine not only the chimney cap as an entry point but also the metal end cap on our siding beside the chimney. They did a fantastic job and consequently we've had no further water leak problems in our home. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They did an outstanding job. Thanks to all at David Hazen Group!!

Description of Work: Painted an interior wall, hung two heavy mirrors, 3 pictures, 2 sconces, and placed books in a bookshelf that required use of a ladder. In the past we have used individual people that we knew who charged for their work. David Hazen Group was much more professional and the quality of their handyman and painting work was excellent. It was also much better to have everything done through David Hazen instead of having to coordinate with two or three different people individually. The cost was very fair and comparable to what we have paid in the past for less professional work. I would not hesitate to highly recommend the services of David Hazen to anyone.

Description of Work: The company cleans my gutters twice a year (Spring and Fall). They let me know when they will be here about two weeks before. They clean up around the house and leave the yard as they found it. I plan on keeping them to clean in the future.
