Description of Work: Never had the courtesy to return my call.

Description of Work: They were prompt about returning call and sending out a man to repair gutter. It was pretty obvious we needed a different type of rain spout set up, but the just replaced old set up. I had to get other work done later

Description of Work: They never let me know when they were coming to complete the work. I had specific questions to ask them. I called them to follow up about the "assessment" they completed. I was told they would call me to set up someone to come out and speak to me about the work that needs to be done, but no one ever called. I still have questions about the gutters they said need repairs. If they would have let me know when they were going to do the original work, I could have asked the questions in person.

Description of Work: I use Angie's List a lot, but I don't recall doing anything recently in Angie's List to prompt the request for a report for David Hazen. I've used David Hazen so many times over the last 5 or 10 years, I call them directly instead of looking them up on Angie's List. This past job was to clean gutters on a couple of homes. As usual, they did a good job. Earlier this year around April they replaced a roof, bad decking, bad rafters, stud wall, siding, etc on the back of a different house over the top of an attached shed and carport area. Total job was about $13K. They will go back to the same house next spring to paint exterior trim for about $3K. I've used them so much, I don't worry about checking their work anymore before making payment. I get an estimate, I authorize the work, the work is done, I make payment, life goes on. Makes the process kind of boring, but sometimes boring is good.

Description of Work: Replaced gutters on house. It took 2 days as they had to also install wood under gutters as ours had water damage. They also took down an old aluminum awning that was to be replaced. Went well and with the new awning, our house looks great.

Description of Work: The company fixed a crack in the brick on the front of our house. The repair was done correctly and you cannot even tell any work was done.

Description of Work: They installed gutter screens and replaced downspouts. The crew was good and also replaced a gutter and board that were going bad. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They power washed my house. They did an excellent job. I also use them to clean my gutters twice a year. They are very good at whatever they do. I used them in the past to replace my roof and gutters and repair and paint my wood trim.
