Description of Work: New gutters were installed along with any necessary repairs. Guys were very professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: The removed an old chimney cap and replaced with a new 2 flue stainless steel cap with new flue covers. The job went smooth and was completed while we were not home. It was excellent quality and we have had a lot of rain since installation with no leaks.

Description of Work: The quality of the work was very good, particularly the masonry and painting work. The major issue we had was a serious lack of communication with the project manager. It was very difficult to speak with him and it made the project more tedious and uncertain at times. The end result was good but it was a struggle to speak with the decision maker for the construction group.

However, I confused them with another company that did some painting for us a few years ago, so please delete the previous information about the house painting. | |PS-The David Hazen company also did a great job with great employees and at a reasonable price. Description of Work: The Hazen Group performed tuck pointing, rebuilding window sills, brick replacement and foundation support where needed following general work on the foundation of my home. They were knowledgeable and professional in every way. I cannot say enough good things about this job. The lead mason was a genuine craftsman who took much pride in his trade. The completed job far exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: Repaired the chimney and replace the top of it. Tuck pointed the hearth and cleaned the stone front of the fireplace. It was done quickly and professionally and the front of the fireplace looks amazing.

Description of Work: We have had David Hazen do many jobs for us. They have always been professional and a company we will use over and over. We have had them do big jobs like roofing and much smaller jobs like cleaning gutters. We have always been very happy with their work and have recommended them to friends, family and neighbors.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job with snow removal. I was out of town and unable to do it myself. They did it on very short notice. The price was a little on the expensive side, but given the circumstances worth it.

Description of Work: new gutters with guards with buried downspouts, painted exterior, reglazed windows, did some repair work on the exterior siding. |The gutters were installed in a single day. The painting stretched out over 5 weeks. I took several days off work so the windows and doors could be open for painting. Unfortunately, on no day did the crew put in a full 8 hours of work. Most days it was 2 - 4 hours of painting by 1 painter. I was not happy about the length of time the job took. The manager was sympathetic and explained the company's difficulties in finding quality painters. The work was of excellent quality. The price of the job was adjusted to compensate for the delays. In the end, good work was done and I feel the situation was handled fairly.
