Description of Work: They did several things for us. They power washed our roof and they did some gutter and downspout repair. They did a good job on the power washing and they cleaned up pretty well.

Description of Work: When they came out to clean our gutters, they didn’t do the job I was expecting. I wasn’t really happy with the clean-up, so I called them and they came right back out. However, when they left, they left some of the gutter attachments unattached. I felt like their attention to detail could have been better but they were very responsive.

Description of Work: This is my second review for the same service. I have been using the Hazen group to clean my gutters for quite some time. I have a very tall house in back and they were willing to clean the gutters which not all companies I contacted would. I like that they have an automatic call list so that I do not have to think about making an appointment. I receive an email or recorded message about the approximate time they will be in my neighborhood. I like that a lot. When they come, they are efficient and leave a bill and are on their way--no hassle.

Description of Work: They did gutter cleaning a roof inspection/repairs. I don't know how thy did because they didn't call and set up an appointment. I have to assume they did what they were paid for due to the fact that no one was home when it was done if it was done. The only reason I guess they were at my house is because one gutter had small twigs and now they are gone. Paid for 2 hrs of work but for all I know they could have finished in 15 min.

Description of Work: We were having problems with gutters overflowing. They found and cleared a downspout tile that ran underground and was clogged. They cleared it and recommended a different grate to put on the exposed end of the drain tile. Even with the wet July we had, no more water back ups.

Description of Work: Replaced rotting board under our front gutter, replaced gutter, and redirected downspouts to make them more efficient. It went well estimators came to the house diagnosed the problem and emailed a work order and estimate. After acceptance the crew came on the day scheduled (a little earlier than scheduled but that was not a problem) and did the job in an efficient manner. I was not required to pay anything toward the job until after it was finished and approved by me.

Description of Work: They cleaned out our gutters and got all the debris off our lawn afterwards. They were very quick. My only complaint is that they didn't tell me when they were coming. I asked them to come in the afternoon because I work nights and they came in the morning.
