Cooper's Water Conditioning did an excellent job with installation. They were reliable, answered all my questions, and completed the job in a timely fashion. That was four years ago. Each year, they ship or hand deliver the replacement filters and provide a reference guide so we can do it ourselves with ease. They have been wonderful to work with - great customer service and quick response times.

I heard from Cooper's within a day. Due to the age of my system they recommended replacing it. The system they installed is quite similar to the one I had but the filters will cost about 1/3 as much to replace, and they last longer. I am highly satisfied with everything about this experience!

Mr. Cooper saved us a lot of time and money by diagnosing our problem over the phone. Our 5 year old water softener was delivering soft water for approximately the first 500 gallons, but the water would become hard even though the water softener meter indicated we should have several hundred gallons of soft water left. Based on discussions with the company that made the softener, and the plumber that installed it, we thought maybe the resin was going bad; however, Mr. Cooper suggested the water softener seemed to be functioning fine, but we may have a leak (or other water usage) that was not triggering the meter, and we should save ourselves money by exploring that possibility first. After we hung up the phone, we thought about what he had told us, and realized it might be our R/O system that we have been using more frequently to fill our humidifiers. Sure enough, when the R/O water tap is turned on, it was not triggering the water softener meter. This led us to realize our R/O system needed a new membrane filter to help with its efficiency, as due to its age, we could be losing anywhere from 3-25 gallons of water for each gallon of purified water - all of which was softened water, but not flowing enough to trigger the water softener meter. Mr. Cooper had accurately diagnosed the problem and saved us a lot of money and frustration! Someday, when we do need a new water softener, we will definitely call Cooper's Water Conditioning!

Purchased a new water softener system from Coopers and it was great experience. Recently had to get filter changed and they were very responsive and helped right away. Typically with most places once you get your system, you are forgotten, but with these guys they were still just as helpful as they were prior to purchase. Would definitely recommend again!

After researching various options for a reverse osmosis water system for our home, I decided to go with Cooper’s, because of their good reviews and their turn-key installation service which included drilling our granite counter tops. Their delivered and installed price was much less than what it would have cost me to piece-meal the project. Doug, the installer, was the best. He was on time, very professional and efficient. The entire installation took less than and hour and we are very pleased and happy that we decided to go with Cooper’s.

The team was great to work with. Gave a quote over the phone without needing a sales rep to visit. Prices are competitive with other providers, but being local put them ahead. They hauled off the big-box softener that had gone bad after only a couple years. Communicated well before, during and after the job. Install took less than an hour. New softener working great!

It went very well. Doug took care of all my concerns including moving the air gap and fixing it so that it wouldn't splash on the hot water heater. I think the new softener will be quite an upgrade.

I had a new water softener installed about a year-and-a-half ago. Scott Cooper came out and sold me the system. He did an excellent job of explaining the new system. It was installed very quickly and efficiently. I have had very good success with it. I replaced an existing Kinetico system that I had. I like this system much better than the Kinetico. I would definitely recommend Cooper's to anyone looking for a water softener. I would buy from them again

I had a water softener installed in our new home about 2 years ago. It works flawlessly and very transparently. We don't have any calcium buildup on fixtures. We go to Florida every winter for 3 months. I don't do anything to it. It doesn't waste salt if you are not using water. All I do is have salt added when I notice it's getting low. It's just a very fine unit. It was well worth the cost.

Doug, our installer, was terrific. He called before coming, answered all of my questions, put my unit and faucet where I wanted it, was efficient, and left the area neat and clean. He was courteous and explained everything before he left. They delivered on everything they promised during the sales process.

An installation appointment was scheduled with a couple days of our request. Doug, our installer, called to update us on his arrival. Installation took less than an hour and took ample time to explain the system.
