Description of Work: Installed new water softener. They were efficient and tidy. Seemed very knowledgable. Installer noted an error in the way our ROSystem had been hooked up through the previous softner. He corrected the problem and told me about it after the fact. I have noticed an improvement in the RO system since this was done. We would tell friends about Cooper's and would use them again.

Description of Work: We purchased a water softener/reverse osmosis system from Cooper's and they did an excellent job from initial sales call to completion of the work. The installation went very well and the cost was exactly as quoted. The installer arrived at the appointed date and time and performed in a professional manner explaining operational and maintenance issues as needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: They installed a water softener with a chlorine remover, and a reverse osmosis unit. Very professional. I love how soft the water is, and the drinking water is wonderful! I really appreciated how straight-forward and honest Scott Cooper was. He did not pressure me to buy. He had a great, dependable softener installed at a competitive price.

Description of Work: They installed a water treatment system. They did so even as a snowstorm disrupted everyone's schedule. hey were courteous, informative and prompt. The technician walked me through things when I called him after work (he had already done so with my wife after installation). I could not have been more impressed.

Description of Work: I needed to replace my nearly 15 year old water softener that came with house I purchased this year. It worked fine for several months but soon we were having issues. My wife called Cooper's and they were out the same day to look at the issues. I decided that rather than resolving issues with the old softener for several hundred dollars in parts and labor (older Culligan) that I would replace. Mr Cooper assessed in the evening and the next morning we had a technician installing. It was a positive experience that I would recommend to others.
