Description of Work: WATER SOFTENER INSTALLED. THE HOUSE WAS NOT PRE-PLUMBED FOR A SOFTENER, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO USE THE CURRENT PLUMBING TO HOOK UP THE UNIT AND TANK. THEY DID NEED TO DO EXTRA PLUMBING AND EVEN MAKE A SECOND TRIP OUT TO BYPASS THE OUTSIDE LINES, BUT CHARGED ONLY A NOMINAL ADDITIONAL FEE (INCLUDED IN THE $965.) SCOTT COOPER AND THE INSTALLER WERE FRIENDLY, PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE AND COURTEOUS.

INSTALLER MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING AND WALKED ME THROUGH BOTH SYSTEMS BEFORE HE LEFT. THEY WILL COME BACK TO REMOVE OUR RO SYSTEM WHILE WE HAVE OUR KITCHEN REDONE (IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS) AND REINSTALL IT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
