I recently moved into a new home and questioned if the current water softener was working properly. Jesse came out to the house and showed us several things that weren't up to code and explained why the water softener wasn't working well. We decided to purchase a new one with a better track record. Thomas and Doug installed our new system within a few days. We are very pleased with the service we received from Coopers and with our new water softener. Can already tell the difference.

Cooper's did a fantastic job. They responded to my call very quickly and were able to work me into their schedule promptly. The installer was most professional and completed the installation in about an hour. We were very satisfied with their work.

We hired Coopers Water to install a new system a few years ago and they were absolutely wonderful. Recently we had an issue and called them. They came right out immediately and fixed the problem. It’s hard to find customer service like this in today’s world. Usually once something is sold or installed, it’s impossible to get serviced correctly but not these guys. Highly recommend!

Perfectly. Mr. Cooper suggested a solution for my problem, which involved my softener not making our water soft any longer. He told me how to solve the problem myself. He could have easily sent an employee here to do the same thing and charged me a fee. I highly recommend Cooper's for any water conditioning work you need.

Cooper's was very quick to respond to my inquiry. An appointment was scheduled where Jesse would come out and take a look. He determined it was not the water softener causing the issue and said it was more of a plumbing issue which is out of their realm of expertise. He didn't charge me anything for the visit. I liked how up front he was about everything.

No hassles on the warranty work and the softener is perfectly set so that the water is not too soft which can make it feel like you can't get all the soap off.

Scott and his team did an outstanding job working with us to replace an old water softener and add a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen. The equipment is of the best quality, the workers are very professional, and we are extremely happy with our system. We would highly recommend Cooper's. Recently, we decided to update our flooring, and the people at Cooper's worked with our schedule to unhook then reinstall our water softener tank in conjunction with the flooring people. It was outstanding.

Scott and his team did a great job helping identify the right replacement water softener to fit a very small space under a stairwell. The water softener install done by the previous owner was not done well or "right" in my opinion. Scott took the time to come out, look at the situation, and suggest a direct drain option into the sewer line that removed the need for me to use a sump pump. The installer, Thomas, made sure the plumbing connection was done right and up to code so there was no risk of contamination in the water supply through the drain line. They were patient, answered all of my questions, and lived up to my high standards. Before I called Cooper's, I thought about doing myself. However, I would not have been able to get this nice of a solid, dependable, system or have corrected the plumbing to the level they could. Plus, it would have taken me a lot longer to get it done. Pricing was reasonable compared to other companies I called. The seven year warranty on parts and service is great. I highly recommend the Cooper's water team!

Went well. Technician was punctual, polite and did a great job.

We had low water pressure in our house. After contacting the water company, they replaced the water meter, but suggested the problem may be with our water softener when the low water problem persisted. We contacted our standard HVAC service that provides annual checkups on plumbing in the house. They diagnosed that in fact the problem was with the water softener. After checking, they said that it would be best to replace the entire unit because the repair costs after parts and labor would be almost the same as the cost of a new unit. We decided to check with Coopers who had installed the original unit. They quoted a very competitive price to repair the unit -- 1/3 the cost of a new unit quoted by our HVAC folks. Coopers completed the repair as scheduled the following week. The work was done in a fully professional and competent manner.

We worked with Scott Cooper in the selection process of our new water softener. He was very helpful and took all the time necessary to answer our many questions. We are very satisfied with the soft water that it is providing. We have city water that the city calls 'very hard.' Our hard water problem is now entirely taken care of by Cooper's. Mike, our installer, called ahead, was on time, very professional and in and out in less than two hours. The unit was installed in a rather tight, small area inside the home and is very quiet. They are extremely professional and easy to work with.

Very well! Scott Cooper explained what was needed based on my being a first time well user, the advantages of owning vs renting my equipment, the maintenance required and was able to install the units in a timely manner.

Everything went perfectly. I sent an email over a weekend to Cooper's Water to request a call back the following week. I received a call back on a Sunday within about 90 minutes of sending the email. Scott came to my house to test the water and inspect the original system, We were pleased with the pricing and purchased both a softener and reverse osmosis system. The installation was scheduled right at the time we made the decision to move forward. The installer, Thomas, called us 30 minutes before arrival as promised, and showed up right on time. The installation went very smoothly, and Thomas was happy to explain things clearly as he worked. All in all, there is really nothing that could have gone better.
