Cooper's Water Conditioning

Great. Didn't take long, was very pleased and everything is working perfectly!

They were exceptionally nice and prompt. I had to call them back after I found water on my floor again and I called them to come check it. They notified me that they would be late and kept me informed when they would be there. They were exceptionally respectful of my home.

Jason, Cooper's technician, determined that our softener needed to be reset to a higher number in order for the conditioner to regenerate on its own because of the degradation of the resin in our aging system.

Very easy process. Scott came out to my house after work to check my plumbing and explain his softeners. My recently-purchased 1920s bungalow never had a water softener. I couldn't stand the water, so after a night's consideration, I called him back and they installed it the next day. I hadn't really expected the water softener purchase, so I appreciated the financing and Scott offered the company to do the plumbing at no charge even though the install took more than what it would have in a newer home. So far, my water is 100% better!

My wife was not happy with the taste & smell of our water. Scott Cooper came to our house and performed water tests and discussed with us at length the quality of our water and suggested we add an iron filter and gave us a quote. We agreed to the price and Cooper's Water came and installed a new 1 cubic foot green sand iron filter. After the filter was installed our water quality improved dramatically. I highly recommend this family business.

I called Angie's List and got several names and this company was the closet company to my home. I also liked what other people said about them. Scott, the owner, came out and I felt that he was somebody I could trust. We agreed that we would order a new unit, which was installed the next day. We are just pleased with this company.

Once they installed the reverse osmosis system and left, I realized the tank that they installed under the sink was very large. I contacted them to see if they would be able to install the system in the basement instead. They came out and moved the system at no extra charge. They were very professional, polite and went above and beyond.

Scott Cooper came out and walked me through what they had to offer. The installer was fantastic and did a thorough job installing the system. It's been working fine ever since. Their price was very competitive. I would hire them again.

They were very responsive. They were very knowledgeable with what they did. I got everything I wanted done. They showed up on time to do all the work.

They came out within a few days to hook up the refrigerator, as well as re-did the hook-up to the sink after discovering that was not done correctly. Also replaced the filters. I have always had really good service with this company. Very customer service oriented.

We softener and purifier work very well. The company notifies me when it is time to check on the filters. The workers are always nice and do the job well.

Scott Cooper is most patient, knowledgeable and helpful. From the information I received over the telephone I chose to work with him instead of two other vendors that I contacted. Scott took the time to explain his products in detail. I felt complete confidence in him from our conversations. Jason installed the new softener and we also added a reverse osmosis system. It is wonderful, as is the softener. Jason was efficient, pleasant and really knew his stuff. I don't believe I've ever had such a pleasant procurement experience than with this company (Scott and Jason). I would use them again, if needed, for any service, etc., for these products. I strongly recommend Cooper's for their honesty, knowledge, etc.

We were pleased with the results. The installation of the water softener required some holes to be cut in the ceiling of our finished basement (since our home was for some unknown reason not plumbed for a water softener when it was built only a few years ago). Cooper's recommended a good drywall guy who came out and did a perfect patching job. We love the crystal clear ice cubes and good tasting water that comes from our fridge and sink tap. We're supposed to have filters changed annually and they are supposed to send a reminder card, but that hasn't happened in two years, even upon my repeated requests.

We called several places that said we should just buy a new water softener. This company knew what they were talking about and were very helpful. They came out the same day we called and had the part we needed after talking to my husband. Great job!

We use this company every year and really like them. This year it took us a while to connect to actually get the filters replaced due to their schedule being full and then us being out of town. We had run out of the purified water due to needing the filter change and were happy to finally connect. They are very quick and clean which I appreciate- and our water was back in no time!

They have been very helpful and responsive when we have called.

This price is for the annual service and does not included the initial installation. They used to be awesome, but they have become more and more unresponsive to our phone calls. The punctuality is fine, once they return our calls. We will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Well, no problems. They were professional and prompt. The company installed a non-matching RO water tap, but has promised to return ASAP with a matching RO water tap.

They did a great job. The serviceman was not pushy and took his time to explain what he was doing. Their prices were very reasonable. Since having the water softener installed, I have had to call for phone support to reset the softener. They have always provided good customer service and explained to me exactly what I needed to do. They were wonderful! I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

We called on a Thursday morning about sediment in our water that had clogged a kitchen faucet. We had replaced the faucet, but needed to get our very hard water softened so this wouldn't continue. When I called Cooper, a person (yea!) answered the phone and made an appointment for that evening! Craig Cooper came out and was on time, looked everything over and gave us a quote. It was very reasonable for a reverse osmosis system, water softener and a new water heater. The next morning (Friday) the service man came and installed everything. We'd been having problems with our water pressure, but didn't mention it, thinking it was outside of the house somewhere. The service man found a broken valve coming into the house and just replaced it without charging me anything. He also asked me if I wanted the osmosis system hooked up to my ice maker and very quickly and neatly installed that behind my cabinets as well for free! They really took great care of us and we love the soft water - it's true - we use less soap and our clothes (whites even) are cleaner and brighter than ever! Craig Cooper was wonderful about checking everything out and working with us. Prior to calling Cooper, I'd called another company and they made an appointment for a few days out, but never came. What a contrast! Thanks Cooper Water !!

The water softener is doing it's job dishes are coming out clean in dishwasher and skin does not feel dry all the time.
