Cooper's Water Conditioning

I called and explained my need for a water softener. The man explained the workings of it to me, since we are snowbirds it has to be able to not keep regenerating while we're gone. I told him that we would take one and he said he'd have a man out the next day. The next day Jason showed up and did all of the work, cleaned up the area, explained its operation to me. He was extremely courteous and all business, very nice, I'd recommend them any day. My son recommended them to me after he had them put one in for him.

They were excellent. They had a great price and great qualtiy.

Overall the experience was good. They were very prompt in their response and they came out promptly for an estimate. The gentleman that did the installation was nice and professional.

They were very helpful explaining their products and went out of their way to answer my numerous questions in the pre-sale stage. Willing to obtain and install any water heater, not just their recommended model. They left a little mess from the water heater install, but not a big deal. Installers were friendly, on time and did the job quickly.

Things turned-out very well. The sales person was nice, short, and to the point. The installer came-out the next day and had it installed by the end of the morning.

Things were really great. We've had no trouble and they've been very responsive to our questions and great to work with.

We were very satisfied with the work and clean-up and have been very happy with the benefits of soft water--less spots on glasses and sinks and tiles stay cleaner--no scaley build up

I first called when our water softener was not softening the water. I spoke to Scott, and he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, suggesting things I might try. When they did not work, he came over to our house and tested everything on the softener. He determined that it was working correctly, and that we probably had a salt bridge that was keeping the water from reaching the salt. He spent over 30 minutes here, explained how to fix the problem, and left without charging us a cent. I will certainly use this company in the future.

Mr Cooper stopped by the house on time and patiently explained everything. I had a few questions and he was accurate and honest with his answers. He gave me options but, based on his opinion of what he thought our water usage would be, recommended the lower priced option for us. He also came thru with the quick installation he promised as well. Great experience and good prices. Very happy with their installer as well - very professional.

Water softener works but the iron filter has been a lemon from day 1. It worked for the first week, then stopped working and we have had technicians out for YEARS now. Cooper needs to return my call and replace the entire iron filter unit or give us a full refund for the faulty iron filter.

Called around to different places about getting reverse osmosis water filtration installed. The owner of the company was very knowledgable about water and has worked in the water industry (including at treatment plants) for more than 20 years. The owner spent a lot of time on the phone with me and helped me understand how the filters worked and helped me pick a system that would be easy to change the filters which need replaced once a year. I could not be happier with the system! I have fresh perfectly clean water from a secondary waterfall faucett installed right on my kitchen sink! I highly recommend the shower filter. The chlorine that Indianapolis uses to cut costs gave me scary looking little sore patches on my skin. That condition has completely cleared up within 4 weeks of having a shower filter that removes the cheap (and potentially health hazard) chlorine that is being used in Indy's water supply. This is the best money I could spend. I calculated my cost and the system will more than pay for itself in 1.5 to years. It will pay for itself faster if you are a household bigger than one person currently paying for bottled water! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mr. Cooper, the owner, was at my house within hours of my call. He reviewed options for my water problem. Quoted a price, which I found to be fair, and had a technician at my house the following afternoon. He completed the installation in about 2 hours to my satisfaction.

We had a wonderful experience. They were absolutely fantastic. He spent so long with me really discussing the issues, and he guided me to a much less expensive solution. They came out right away and hauled away our old unit. Every single thing was the best that I had found.

I really like Scott, the man who came out and talked with us. The installer was good. We had a little problem with the reverse osmosis system leaking and they were extremely responsive in coming back to get that leak fixed. That, to me, is a mark of a really good company because I don't expect things to be perfect. Scott took it very seriously. I would recommend them to anybody.

Jason knew exactly what was going on with the water softener. He's an expert! And he was very professional and courteous.

The experience with them was excellent. Mr. Cooper got involved himself and called to make sure things were going fine. The people he sent out were very professional, did a good job; nice and neat. I haven't had any problems. I got some prices for this work and their price was good.

They had good customer service and a quick turn around. They were pretty responsive. I give them all A’s for the project.

I called Cooper's on 10/12 and talked to Scott Cooper. Scott was very knowledgeable and provided a couple of options for water softners. Scott called back on 10/14 to see if I had any additional questions. At that time I decided to purchase from Coopers. Four hours later the technician (Jason) arrived and removed my old softner and installed the new unit. I was very pleased with both Scott and Jason. I checked pricing with three other companies and Cooper's was the most competitive.

I am not thrilled with their responsiveness or punctuality. They do not make appointments they just call that day to give me a time frame. They did not call me at all and I had to call them again before they gave me a time frame. I have used them in the past and I like that they offer an Angie's List discount. Their prices are comparable to other companies in the area.

I had called for some information. They explained why they use the product they use. They also explained that they've never had to go service one of the water softeners in the past three years. We felt comfortable with him as a salesperson. He was a really nice, helpful guy. He pointed out the reasons he thought his water softener would be the best choice.

Fabulous. I called that morning to get a price and information because the company we had worked with before and had scheduled seemed overpriced. Cooper's was $100 cheaper and they could be out that day.

I had been having troubles with an existing iron filter in my home. Another vendor tested my water and tried to sell me an expensive iron filter. I called Mr. Cooper to get another quote. He came out to my house promptly (within 45 minutes), tested my water and concluded I did not have enough iron in my water to warrant an iron filter, and that my water softener would take care of the little iron I did have. He did not charge me for the visit!

I was very happy with them. They worked with my schedule. They were great. The price was reasonble.

They were very responsive and kept me from having a lot of water damage. They were timely, courteous, competent, and reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

He showed up on time, got the job done, and cleaned up after himself. They are a family-owned company and that's why I went with them.
